摘要: A method is provided for optimizing the use of autonomous features of advanced driver assistance systems and the tracking thereof. For example, a vehicle may be equipped with several driver assistance systems in which a driver of the vehicle may be assisted. The vehicle may automatically change the number of active assistance systems or suggest to the driver one or more assistance systems to activate based on several factors, including poor driving on behalf of the driver or poor driving conditions due to weather or road quality. Statistics regarding the use of such advanced driver assistance systems may be monitored and tracked and stored on an onboard database or transmitted continuously or periodically to various entities. For example, the system may operate to allow an insurance company to track the driving performance and the use of the advanced driver assistance systems to update actuarial models to more accurately adjust rates.

The method also includes identifying one or more search results that are responsive to the search query, parsing a document that is a target of one of the one or more results, identifying geographical address information from the parsing, generating a specific geographical indicator corresponding to the one search result, and transmitting for use by the computing device, data for automatically generating a navigational application having a destination at the specific geographical indicator.

摘要: Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for providing distributed content to a mobile device (e.g., in a mobile vehicle) through multiple content access points along a particular route are presented. In some embodiments, a computing device may receive a selection of media content and a selection of a particular route from a plurality of routes to enable navigation of a mobile vehicle from a start point to an end point calculated based on at least a number of content access points along each route. A computing device may divide the media content into a plurality of segments and send each segment to a respective planned content access point of a plurality of planned content access points along the particular route. In some embodiments, a mobile computing device within a mobile vehicle may receive a segment from each planned content access point to enable continuous uninterrupted playback of the media content.

摘要: GPS data is paired with planned travel routes for mobile objects including vehicles. A system obtains GPS data from a mobile object and compares the GPS data to planned travel routes. The comparison includes comparing GPS coordinates of the mobile object to the planned travel routes to determine if a specified level of GPS coordinates are within a specified distance or buffer distance from a planned travel route within a specified period of time, the mobile object is travelling in the same direction of a planned travel route, and the planned travel route is unique. If such conditions are met, the mobile object is assigned or matched to a planned travel route.

The electronic device may dynamically generate and display a data visualization indicating the analysis for review by an operator of the vehicle.

摘要: A vehicular driver monitoring system includes an interior prismatic rearview mirror assembly and a camera disposed at the interior prismatic rearview mirror assembly behind and viewing through a prismatic mirror reflective element into the interior cabin of the vehicle. Supplemental sources of near infrared illumination are disposed at the mirror assembly that are operable to emit near infrared light to illuminate at least the driver-side front seating area within the interior cabin of the vehicle. Presence of the camera behind the prismatic mirror reflective element is not readily apparent to an occupant of the vehicle. The camera at least (a) views the driver-side front seating area of the vehicle and (b) views a passenger-side front seating area of the vehicle. The driver of the equipped vehicle is monitored via processing at the processor of image data captured by the camera.
