摘要: A variety of forms and foam components are provided, including foam components for articles of footwear and athletic equipment. The articles include a composition having a foam structure, wherein the composition includes a thermoplastic copolyester elastomer comprising: (a) a plurality of first segments, each first segment derived from a dihydroxy-terminated polydiol; (b) a plurality of second segments, each second segment derived from a diol; and (c) a plurality of third segments, each third segment derived from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid. Methods of making the compositions and foams are provided, as well as methods of making an article of footwear including at least one of the foam components. In some aspects, the foams and foam components can be made by extrusion or injection molding to foam the polymeric composition, or extrusion or injection molding to foam the polymeric composition followed by compression molding of the foam.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing nanoporous polysulfone-based polymers, including: a copolymer of a polysulfone polymer and a polar polymer is immersed into a compound swelling agent, and maintained for at least 1 minute above room temperature; the compound swelling agent is a “solvent pair” composed of the mixture of solvent A and solvent B; the solvent A has high affinity with the polysulfone polymer; and the solvent B has high affinity with the polar polymer; the treated copolymer is taken out from the compound swelling agent and then dried to remove the solvent to obtain the nanoporous polysulfone-based polymers.

摘要: A resin film has through holes formed to extend through the thickness of the resin film. The through holes are pillar-shaped. An average density of the through holes is 1×106 to 1×1012 holes/cm2. An average diameter of the through holes is 1 to 310 nm. A degree of variability of the diameter of the through holes is 30% or less, the degree of variability of the diameter of the through holes obtained by dividing a standard deviation of the diameter of the through holes by the average diameter of the through holes and multiplying the resulting value by 100.

摘要: A porous polybenzimidazole (PBI) particulate resin is disclosed. This resin is easily dissolved at ambient temperatures and pressures. The resin is made by: dissolving a virgin PBI resin in a highly polar solvent; precipitating the dissolved PBI in a bath; and drying the precipitated PBI, the dried precipitated PBI being porous. The porous PBI resin may be dissolved by: mixing a porous PBI resin with a highly polar solvent at ambient temperatures and pressures to form a solution.

摘要: A method of producing a microporous plastic film including kneading a diluent and a polyolefin resin with an extruder; discharging the polyolefin resin kneaded with the diluent from a die lip in a sheet shape; cooling and solidifying the sheet discharged from the die lip on a drum; reheating and drawing the solidified sheet with a plurality of rollers in a sheet conveying direction; cooling the sheet drawn in the sheet conveying direction; gripping both ends of the sheet with clips; introducing the sheet into a tenter; washing the diluent out to prepare a uniaxially or biaxially oriented microporous plastic film; and pressing the sheet interposing between a nip roller having a surface coated with a rubber and a driving roller driven by a motor upstream from a roller at the most downstream side among the rollers.
