    摘要: The objective of the present invention is to provide a stretched polyamide film which is excellent in laminatability, lamination strength, mechanical properties and shock resistance property and which has effects to prevent goods being broken and protect a content from vibration and shock at the time of transportation when used a various packaging materials. The present invention relates to a stretched polyamide film, wherein a main constituent is nylon 6; at least one surface layer meets the following conditions (1) and (2); and the stretched polyamide film meets the following condition (3): (1) a relaxation degree of a surface layer orientation measured by IR spectroscopy is within a range of not less than 0.3 and not more than 0.5; (2) a crystallization degree of a surface layer measured by IR spectroscopy is within a range of not less than 1.0 and not more than 1.4; (3) a heat shrinkage rate (%) in TD direction at 160° C. for 10 minutes is within a range of not less than 0.6 and not more than 4.

    摘要: A polyamide molding material is proposed, which comprises at least one partially crystalline, partially aromatic polyamide (A) and at least one amorphous polyamide (B). The polyamides (A) and (B) together make up 30-60 wt.-% of the polyamide molding material. Furthermore, the polyamide molding material comprises 40-70 wt.-% glass fibers (C) having flat cross section, 0-15 wt.-% of at least one nonhalogenated flame retardant (D), and 0-10 wt.-% further additives (E), the components (A) to (E) adding up to 100 wt.-% of the polyamide molding material. The at least one partially crystalline, partially aromatic polyamide (A) has a glass transition temperature of at least 105° C. The polyamide molding material according to the invention is preferably distinguished in an injection-molding burr formation test in that, at a melt temperature of 320° C. and a tool temperature of 90° C., and a dynamic pressure of 100 bar and a holding pressure of 400 bar, at the flow path end of a mold arm having a vent gap dimension of 30 μm, burrs having a length G of at most 30 μm result. Such a polyamide molding material results in molded parts having good surface quality and low warpage when injection molded and is suitable for the production of housings or housing parts of electrical and electronic devices.

    摘要: Films with optical transmittance of >80% between 400 and 750 nm and with CTEs less than 20 ppm/° C. are prepared from aromatic polyamides that are soluble in polar organic solvents yet have Tgs >300° C. The films are crosslinked in the solid state by heating at elevated temperatures for short periods of time in the presence of multifunctional epoxides. Surprisingly, the optical and thermal properties of the films do not change significantly during the curing process. The temperature required for the crosslinking process to take place can be reduced by the presence of a few free, pendant carboxyl groups along the polyamide backbones. The films are useful as flexible substrates for electronic displays and photovoltaic devices.

    摘要: A method including providing Au-doped Co nanoparticles. The nanoparticles include a combination of non-ferromagnetic nanoparticles and weakly ferromagnetic nanoparticles. The nanoparticles each have an exterior surface. The surfaces of the nanoparticles are functionalized with 7-(5-uracil-ylcarbamoyl)heptanoic acid. A polymer is provided having a general formula including a uracil group. A dispersion is formed by agitating a solution of the nanoparticles. The solution is spin cast into a film. The film is heated under vacuum at a first temperature, TFM, resulting in inducing ferromagnetism in the non-ferromagnetic nanoparticles and converting the non-ferromagnetic nanoparticles to ferromagnetic nanoparticles, and resulting in enhancing ferromagnetism in the weakly ferromagnetic nanoparticles. The nanoparticles are aligned such that magnetic easy axes of the nanoparticles are oriented by applying a magnetic field to the dispersion while at a second temperature less than TFM. The axes align in a plane parallel to a plane of the film.

    摘要: The invention relates to a non-fibrous polymer solution essentially consisting of 1 to 8 wt. % para-aramid, at least 50 mole % of the aromatic moieties thereof being unsubstituted, in a mixture of a) a polar amide solvent selected from N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N,N′-dimethyl-formamide, N,N′-dimethylacetamide, tetramethylurea, and mixtures thereof; b) between 0.7 mole of an alkali or earth alkali chloride per mole amide groups of the para-aramid and 7.5 wt. % of the alkali or earth alkali chloride, and c) water; and wherein at least 50 wt. % of the formed hydrochloric acid has been neutralized to obtain a solution having a dynamic viscosity which is at least a factor three smaller than the dynamic viscosity of the polymer solution without neutralization. The invention further pertains to a process making the same and para-aramid pulp-like fiber, paper and film made from said polymer solution.
