摘要: An internal molding having a predetermined shape of a hollow portion of a manifold is integrally molded by blow molding or the like, and external molding elements having a predetermined shape of the exterior of the manifold and being split into a plurality of parts are molded. The internal molding is integrated with the external molding elements by adhesion or fusion. Further, an external molding is molded, and an internal molding having a shape substantially identical with or smaller than a predetermined shape of a hollow portion of the hollow resin molding is integrally molded. Then, the internal molding is softened by arranging the internal molding inside the external molding and heating the internal molding, and the inside of the internal molding is thereafter pressurized to cause the internal molding to contact the external molding, so that the internal molding is integrated with the external molding. Still further, an internal molding is integrated with an external molding elements by an appropriate joining means. Then, a flange member is fitted to a first connecting portion formed by the respective external molding elements and the internal molding. Still further, an internal molding is integrated with an external molding elements by an appropriate joining means. Then, a seal member is inserted into a gap portion at an end portion of the hollow resin molding as well as between the external molding and the internal molding.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a protective sheath made of laminated material based on fibers impregnated with resin, the method making use of a cylindrical draping mandrel, wherein:at least two longitudinal elements are provided on the mandrel to project from the periphery thereof, which elements are disposed substantially along diametrically opposite generator lines of the mandrel, dividing the mandrel into two longitudinal semicylindrical portions;a first sheet of flexible laminated material is placed on one of the semicylindrical portions of the mandrel, with the longitudinal margins of the sheet overlying the longitudinal elements;a second sheet of flexible laminated material is placed on the other semicylindrical portion, with the longitudinal margins thereof overlying the longitudinal margins of the first sheet and the projecting longitudinal elements;the first and second sheets are pressed against the outside surfaces of the semicylindrical portions by means of a pressure difference;both sheets are hardened, thereby defining two semicylindrical half-shells which are interfitted in each other along their respective longitudinal margins, which margins fit over the profile of the elements and form external longitudinal swellings; andthe two half-shells are removed from the mandrel.

摘要: An oil strainer comprises upper and lower partial bodies, made of synthetic resin, joined together to form a roughly tube-shaped strainer main body, the interior of which is provided with a filter. The oil strainer has a flange section for attachment with bolts, and the flange section is provided with at least one bolt hole which passes through the interior of the roughly tube-shaped strainer main body. With this structure, it is possible to provide an oil strainer which can be installed on a small installation surface, which is able to reduce resin fatigue, and which can prevent impairment of the seal due to loosening of installation members.
