摘要: A first robot arm places a calibration object into a load lock that separates a factory interface from a transfer chamber using a first taught position. A second robot arm retrieves the calibration object from the load lock using a second taught position. A controller determines, using a sensor, a first offset amount between a calibration object center of the calibration object and a pocket center of the second robot arm. The controller determines a characteristic error value that represents a misalignment between the first taught position of the first robot arm and the second taught position of the second robot arm based on the first offset amount. The first robot arm or the second robot arm uses the first characteristic error value to compensate for the misalignment for objects transferred between the first robot arm and the second robot arm via the load lock.

In one embodiment, a physical unclonable function (PUF) generator comprising: a plurality of PUF cells, wherein each of the plurality of PUF cells comprises a first MOS transistor and a second MOS transistor, wherein terminal S of the first MOS transistor is connected to terminal D of the second MOS transistor at a dynamic node, terminal D of the first MOS transistor is coupled to a first bus and terminal G of the first NMOS transistor is coupled to a second bus, and terminals S and G of the second NMOS transistor are coupled to ground; a plurality of dynamic flip-flop (DFF) circuits wherein each of the plurality of DFF circuits is coupled to each of the plurality of PUF cells respectively; a population count circuit coupled to the plurality of DFF circuits; and an evaluation logic circuit having an input coupled to the population count circuit and an output coupled to the plurality of DFF circuits.

The designs include multiple row patterns of the STA and the pedestal used to: pick up a first substrate row from a first row of a tray; place the first substrate row onto a first row of a bond stage corresponding to the first row of the tray; pick up a second substrate row from the tray; place, using the suction cups, the second substrate row onto a remaining empty row of the bond stage; pick up the first substrate row after thermal bonding from the bond stage; place the first substrate row after thermal bonding onto the tray; when all substrates from the tray have been thermally bonded, pick up a last substrate row after thermal bonding from the bond stage; and place the last substrate row onto the tray.

摘要: Embodiments disclosed herein include a method of centering a substrate in a chamber. In an embodiment, the method comprises inserting the substrate into the chamber with a robot arm, obtaining a delta time value for a second pyrometer relative to a first pyrometer, where the delta time value is a duration of time between when the first pyrometer is covered by the substrate and when the second pyrometer is covered by the substrate, calculating a time offset value of the delta time value relative to an ideal delta time value, where the ideal delta time value is the delta time value when the substrate is perfectly centered in a first direction perpendicular to the motion of the substrate, and comparing the time offset value to a graph or a lookup table that correlates the time offset value to a distance offset value.
