    摘要: Disclosed herein is a process for the regeneration of oxidative dehydrogenation (OXO-D) catalyst in an alternate or separate regeneration reactor by employing controlled steam:air and time/pressure/temperature conditions. The process avoids destruction of the catalyst, and wear/tear on an OXO-D reactor. The regenerated catalyst is an iron based oxide catalyst which can be zinc or zinc-free. The iron based oxide catalyst is regenerated in the regeneration reactor by feeding an air/steam stream over a set amount of time, preferably about 6 days to yield a regenerated OXO-D catalyst. The regenerated catalyst is activated and re-utilized to produce butadienes.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a multi staged cracking and stripping process that can be used in a fluidized-bed catalytic cracking process or FCC (fluidized catalytic cracking) process for maximizing the production of olefins, that is to say of C3 and C4 olefins, in particular propylene and distillates.One subject of the present invention is therefore a multi-staged process for cracking and stripping a fluidized mixture of hydrocarbons and of coked catalyst particles, integrated into a conventional fluidized-bed catalytic cracking process comprising at least one cracking step and one stripping step after separation of the particles of coked catalyst from the cracked effluent during the disengaging/stripping step, characterized in that it comprises at least two steps of cracking at least one hydrocarbonaceous fluid over the separated coked catalyst particles followed by at least two steps of stripping these particles, each cracking step preceding a stripping step. The present invention also relates to a separating and stripping device that implements this process.

The system can include a first baffle having a latitudinal centerline that is in a plane defined by first and second axes, the latitudinal centerline of the first baffle being oriented at a first angle from about 5° to about 80° with respect to the second axis. The system can also include a second baffle axially offset from the first baffle along the second axis and having a latitudinal centerline in the plane that is oriented at a second angle from about 100° to about 175° with respect to the second axis and a third baffle axially adjacent to the second baffle along the second axis and having a latitudinal centerline in the plane that is oriented at a third angle from about 5° to about 80° with respect to the second axis.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for dehydrating alkanes, wherein the alkane is guided in a reactor for the dehydrogenation of alkanes via a catalyst, and the process may be carried out adiabatically or non-adiabatically, and the catalyst for dehydration can be regenerated after the reaction phase by means of transferring a gas, wherein said gas is guided via the catalyst after a short rinsing phase using water vapor, and said regeneration gas consists of a gas containing oxygen and of steam, and after regeneration the catalyst is freed of the gas containing oxygen by transferring steam, wherein the duration of the transfer of a gas containing oxygen is significantly reduced as compared to common methods and represents 70% or less of the total regeneration time, and the catalyst has an increased selectivity for forming alkene by means of carrying out the regeneration at a constant activity, and the catalyst is comprised of a metal of the group of platinum metals or group VIB of the periodic table of the elements, which is applied to a carrier in form of a compound or in elementary form, which substantially consists of oxides of the elements of tin, zinc, or aluminum.

    摘要: Apparatuses and processes are provided for stripping gaseous hydrocarbons from particulate material. One process comprises the step of contacting particles containing hydrocarbons with a stripping vapor in countercurrent flow to remove at least a portion of the hydrocarbons with the stripping vapor to form stripped particles. Contacting the particles includes advancing the particles down a sloping element of a structured packing toward a reinforcing rod that is disposed along a lower channel portion of the sloping element. The particles are advanced over the reinforcing rod. The particles are contacted with the stripping vapor that is rising up adjacent to the lower channel portion.
