摘要: A membrane method processing system and process for a high-concentration salt-containing organic waste liquid incineration exhaust gas is described. The system consists essentially of a waste liquid incinerator (I), a gas-solid separator (II), a heat exchanger (III), an air blower (IV), an anti-caking agent storage tank (V), a membrane method dust cleaner (VI), an induced draft fan (VII), a check valve (VIII), and a desulfurization tower (IX). The present invention introduces the dust collecting membrane into the tail gas treatment system and utilizes the small pore size and high porosity of the dust collecting membrane to prevent inorganic salt particles from entering the internal of the filter material and agglomerating there. When the humidity of the gas entering the dust collector increases during the dust removing process, the anti-caking agent is also introduced into the tail gas treatment system to change the surface structure of the inorganic salt crystal to prevent the crystal from agglomeration.

摘要: A horizontal elongated industrial air filter having an elongated housing. The housing has a filter section with an intake and an exhaust. The housing has filter media in operative communication with the intake. Mounted adjacent the filter media is a blower to pull air into the intake through the filters and push the air out of the exhaust. Reverse pulse pipes extend through the interiors of the filter media to inject air through the filter to remove accumulated particulate. A hopper containment section extends below the filter housing section, and includes a plurality of spaced slots extending through its bottom to receive particulate ejected from said filter media. Connected to the hopper containment section is a vacuum channel to pull particulate in the hopper containment section through the slots. Mounted to the housing is a spark arrestor. The spark arrestor has an outer shell, an inlet and an inner duct with the outer shell spaced from the inner duct to define a tortuous path. The blower draws air with particulates into the inlet and forces it along the tortuous path with the particulates colliding against the shell and inner duct.

摘要: An exhaust treatment system comprising: a first dosage device, arranged to supply a first additive into said exhaust stream; a first reduction catalyst device, downstream of said first dosage device arranged for reduction of nitrogen oxides in said exhaust stream through the use of said first additive; a particulate filter, at least partly comprising a catalytically oxidizing coating, which is downstream of said first reduction catalyst device to catch soot particles, and to oxidize one or several of nitrogen oxide and incompletely oxidized carbon compounds in said exhaust stream; a second dosage device, downstream of said particulate filter to supply a second additive into said exhaust stream; and a second reduction catalyst device, downstream of said second dosage device for a reduction of nitrogen oxides in said exhaust stream, with the use of at least one of said first and said second additive.

摘要: Novel methods, systems, and apparatuses for reclaiming annealing gases from a high pressure annealing processing system are disclosed. According to an embodiment, the exhaust gasses from the high pressure annealing processing system are directed into a gas reclaiming system only when a precious gas, e.g., deuterium is used. The annealing gas is the separated from other gasses used in the high pressure annealing processing system and is then pressurized, filtered, and purified prior to transferring the gas to a bulk storage distribution unit. In one embodiment, the reclaimed gas is then again provided to the high pressure annealing processing system to anneal the wafers.

摘要: A regeneration method of an apparatus of purifying an exhaust gas including a catalytic converter which is disposed on an exhaust pipe and includes a lean NOx trap (LNT) device in which a first LNT catalyst is coated and a catalyzed particulate filter (CPF) in which a second LNT catalyst is coated may include determining whether a nitrogen oxide (NOx) amount absorbed in the LNT device is greater than a threshold NOx amount, determining whether a temperature of the LNT device is higher than a first predetermined temperature when the NOx amount absorbed in the LNT device is greater than the threshold NOx amount, and regenerating, both of the LNT device and the CPF or only the LNT device according to a temperature of the CPF when the temperature of the LNT device is higher than the first predetermined temperature.

摘要: An object of the disclosure is to adjust the ammonia adsorption amount in an SCR catalyst supported on an SCR filter as close as possible to a target adsorption amount in an exhaust gas purification system including the SCR filter. In a system according to the disclosure, the quantity of ammonia supplied by an ammonia supplier is made smaller when a differential pressure change rate at the time when ammonia is supplied by the ammonia supplier is lower than a predetermined threshold than when the differential pressure change rate at the time when ammonia is supplied by the ammonia supplier is equal to or higher than the predetermined threshold. Moreover, when the differential pressure change rate is lower than the predetermined threshold, the change in the quantity of ammonia supplied by the ammonia supplier relative to the change in the filter PM deposition amount is kept equal to zero.

The exhaust gas inlet pipe is attached to the purification casing in such a manner as to cover the exhaust gas inflow port and extend in a longitudinal direction of the purification casing. An introduction passage of the exhaust gas is formed by an outside surface of the purification casing and an inside surface of a pipe wall of the exhaust gas inlet pipe. A portion extending along the purification casing in the pipe wall is inclined so as to come close to the outside surface of the purification casing in proportion to heading for an exhaust gas outlet side from an exhaust gas inlet side.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for treatment of an exhaust stream that comprises nitrogen oxides NOx. The method comprises supplying a first additive to the exhaust stream as a first reduction of a first amount of nitrogen oxides NOx_1 reaching a first device, arranged to impact the first amount of nitrogen oxides NOx_1. The method also comprises supplying a second additive to the exhaust stream, which is used as a second reduction of a second amount of nitrogen oxides NOx_2 reaching a second device, arranged to reduce the second amount of nitrogen oxides NOx_2. At least one of the first supply and the second supply is controlled, based on a total ability for the first device to provide the first reduction, and for the second device to provide the second reduction, so that a required total reduction on the nitrogen oxides NOx in the exhaust stream is provided.
