摘要: The present invention provides a device and method for analyzing quality indicators of a natural gas product and an application. The device comprises a sample loading assembly, and first, second, third, fourth, and fifth chromatographic column analysis systems connected in parallel, wherein the first chromatographic column analysis system is configured for separating sulfides from natural gas; the second chromatographic column analysis system is configured for separating hydrocarbons having C3 and higher from the natural gas; the third chromatographic column analysis system is configured for separating oxygen, nitrogen, methane, and carbon monoxide from the natural gas; the fourth chromatographic column analysis system is configured for separating carbon dioxide and ethane from the natural gas; and the fifth chromatographic column analysis system is configured for separating helium and hydrogen from the natural gas; each chromatographic column analysis system is provided with a quantitative tube, a carrier gas tube, and a chromatographic column.

摘要: Methods and systems for producing aromatics and light olefins from a mixed plastics stream are described. The method may include feeding a plastic feedstock to a dechlorination operation to melt the plastic feedstock to release HCl and generate a liquid plastic stream; feeding the liquid plastic stream to a pyrolysis reactor, the pyrolysis reactor to generate hydrocarbon vapors; feeding the hydrocarbon vapors to an acid gas removal reactor with a solid inorganic alkali salt disposed within the reaction vessel to remove residual HCl and sulfur-containing compounds from the hydrocarbon vapors to generate a plastic derived oil; and feeding the plastic derived oil to a fluid catalytic cracking reactor to generate a product stream comprising light olefins having a carbon number of C2-C4 and aromatics. The associated system for processing mixed plastics into aromatics and light olefins is also described.

摘要: The invention provides: a dihydroxynaphthalene condensate which suppresses soft particle generation and is suitably usable for a composition excellent in filterability; and a method for producing the dihydroxynaphthalene condensate, in the method for producing a dihydroxynaphthalene condensate, dihydroxynaphthalene to be used has a sulfur element content of 100 ppm or less in terms of mass among constituent elements. The dihydroxynaphthalene and a condensation agent are condensed in presence of an acid or a base to produce the dihydroxynaphthalene condensate.

The method for purifying dihydroxynaphthalene includes the step of removing a sulfur content in the dihydroxynaphthalene with an adsorbent, and neutral alumina is used as the adsorbent.

摘要: A gas treatment device uses a gas to be treated which contains an acid compound that dissolves into water to produce acid and a treatment liquid which absorbs the acid compound to phase-separate, to separate an acid compound from the gas to be treated. The gas treatment device includes an absorber which brings the gas to be treated into contact with the treatment liquid; a regenerator 14 which heats the treatment liquid contacting the gas to be treated to separate an acid compound; and a liquid feeding portion which feeds the treatment liquid contacting the gas to be treated in the absorber to the regenerator. In the absorber, the treatment liquid contacting the gas to be treated phase-separates into a first phase portion having a high acid compound content and a second phase portion having a low acid compound content. The liquid feeding portion is configured to introduce, into the regenerator, the treatment liquid with the phase-separated first phase portion and second phase portion mixed.

摘要: Disclosed embodiments provide a system and method for producing hydrocarbons from biomass. Certain embodiments of the method are particularly useful for producing substitute natural gas from forestry residues. Certain disclosed embodiments of the method convert a biomass feedstock into a product hydrocarbon by hydropyrolysis. Catalytic conversion of the resulting pyrolysis gas to the product hydrocarbon and carbon dioxide occurs in the presence of hydrogen and steam over a CO2 sorbent with simultaneous generation of the required hydrogen by reaction with steam. A gas separator purifies product methane, while forcing recycle of internally generated hydrogen to obtain high conversion of the biomass feedstock to the desired hydrocarbon product. While methane is a preferred hydrocarbon product, liquid hydrocarbon products also can be delivered.
