摘要: The invention is directed to compositions comprising a CO to CO2 combustion promoter at least one porous particle having a diameter of less than 1 mm and comprising: a) one or more of silica, alumina, zeolite, silica sol, alumina sol, pseudo-boehmite alumina, and/or a clay-based matrix; and b) one or more Group VIII noble metals distributed in the porous particle such that at least 60% of the one or more Group VIII noble metals is present in an outer region of the porous particle; and method of using the same.

摘要: A process for preparation of an ethylene polymer in a gas-phase polymerization unit comprising a gas-phase polymerization reactor by homopolymerizing ethylene or copolymerizing ethylene and one or more C4-C12-1-alkenes in a reaction gas made from or containing propane as polymerization diluent in the presence of a pre-activated polymerization catalyst, wherein a purified propane feed stream made from or containing at least 99 mol % propane and from 0.1 to 100 ppm mol propylene is fed to the gas-phase polymerization unit.

摘要: A continuous process for producing a material of a battery cell using a system having a mist generator, a drying chamber, one or more gas-solid separators and a reactor is provided. A mist generated from a liquid mixture of two or more metal precursor compounds in desired ratio is dried inside the drying chamber. Heated air or gas is served as the gas source for forming various gas-solid mixtures and as the energy source for reactions inside the drying chamber and the reactor. One or more gas-solid separators are used in the system to separate gas-solid mixtures from the drying chamber into solid particles mixed with the metal precursor compounds and continuously deliver the solid particles into the reactor for further reaction to obtain final solid material particles with desired crystal structure, particle size, and morphology.

摘要: Various aspects provide for a multistage fluidized bed reactor, particularly comprising a volatilization stage and a combustion stage. The gas phases above the bed solids in the respective stages are separated by a wall. An opening (e.g., in the wall) provides for transport of the bed solids from the volatilization stage to the combustion stage. Active control of the gas pressure in the two stages may be used to control residence time. Various aspects provide for a fuel stream processing system having a pretreatment reactor, a combustion reactor, and optionally a condensation reactor. The condensation reactor receives a volatiles stream volatilized by the volatilization reactor. The combustion reactor receives a char stream resulting from the removal of the volatiles by the volatilization reactor.

摘要: A method for producing hydrogen by thermochemical splitting of water includes injecting one or more feed streams of water into a reaction chamber. The method further includes using a molten salt heated by a subterranean heat source to carry out the thermochemical splitting of water to form hydrogen and oxygen in the reaction chamber. The formed products are subsequently removed from the reaction chamber. Hydrogen formed in the reaction chamber may be used in a downstream process to generate hydrocarbons.

摘要: Process to conduct a steam cracking reaction in a fluidized bed reactor The disclosure relates to a process to perform a steam cracking reaction, said process comprising the steps of providing a fluidized bed reactor comprising at least two electrodes; and a bed comprising particles, wherein the particles are put in a fluidized state by passing upwardly through the said bed a fluid stream, to obtain a fluidized bed; heating the fluidized bed to a temperature ranging from 500° C. to 1200° C. to conduct the endothermic chemical reaction; wherein at least 10 wt. % of the particles based on the total weight of the particles of the bed are electrically conductive particles and have a resistivity ranging from 0.001 Ohm·cm to 500 Ohm·cm at 800° C. and in that the step of heating the fluidized bed is performed by passing an electric current through the fluidized bed.

摘要: The present application discloses a molecular sieve-based catalyst modification apparatus. The apparatus comprises a feed unit 1, a modification unit 2 and a cooling unit 3 connected in sequence; the feed unit comprises a catalyst feed unit 11 and a modifier feed unit 12, a catalyst and a modifier are introduced into the modification unit 2 respectively by the catalyst feed unit and the modifier feed unit and are discharged from the modification unit after sufficient reaction in modification unit, and then enter the cooling unit 3 for cooling. The present application further discloses a use method for the molecular sieve-based catalyst modification apparatus. The use method comprises: introducing a catalyst and a modifier into the modification unit 2 respectively through the feed unit 1; wherein the catalyst is modified by the modifier in the modification unit 2, and then discharged to the cooling unit 3 to cool until the temperature is lower than 50° C., and then the cooled modified catalyst is transferred to any storage device.

摘要: Apparatuses and processes that produce multimodal polyolefins, and in particular, polyethylene resins, are disclosed herein. This is accomplished by using two reactors in series, where one of the reactors is a multi-zone circulating reactor that can circulate polyolefin particles through two polymerization zones optionally having two different flow regimes so that the final multimodal polyolefin has improved product properties and improved product homogeneity.
