    摘要: According to one or more embodiments, a plate grid distributor for distributing a fluid in a vessel may include a plate and an internal support system. The internal support system may include a plurality of pillar supports extending vertically from at or near a bottom surface of the plate towards a floor of the vessel. One or more of the pillar supports may include a flexible upper member connecting a rigid top support bracket to a rigid intermediate beam and a flexible lower member connecting the rigid intermediate beam to the rigid base support. According to one or more other embodiments, a method of distributing a fluid through a plate grid distributor in a vessel may include passing the fluid into the vessel below the plate grid distributor and directing the fluid through the plate gird distributor.

    摘要: A reactor may have a catalyst bed for the catalytic treatment of a gas stream, with the catalyst bed extending substantially over a cross section of the reactor. Gas to be treated may axially fly through the catalyst bed. A carrier structure for the catalyst bed that is at least partly floatingly mounted in the reactor may include a sieve element and, radially outwardly, carrier elements fixedly joined to the reactor wall below the sieve element. The sieve element provides a resting surface for the catalyst bed. The sieve element terminates, radially outwardly, at a distance from the reactor wall. The carrier structure also includes support elements for the sieve element that are floatingly mounted in the reactor. An improved floating mounting is thus provided where not only the sieve element itself but also further parts of the carrier structure are mounted to prevent stresses due to thermal expansion.

    摘要: A fixed bed arrangement formed as an insert for a reactor for catalytic conversion of reaction media, in particular for catalytic methanation of a gas mixture including hydrogen and carbon dioxide, having a receiving chamber, which extends axially within an outer sleeve, and through which reaction media flows during the reactor operation for receiving a catalyst material, and a heat exchanger arrangement having a fluid flow path for a temperature control fluid, which fluid flow path is spatially separated from the receiving chamber, for removing and supplying heat from/to the process. The outer sleeve is formed by the heat exchanger arrangement, at least in regions. The fixed bed arrangement includes a reactor for the catalytic reaction of reaction media having a pressure chamber for receiving reaction media, and such a fixed bed arrangement inserted into the pressure chamber.
