摘要: A device for administering a fluid product includes a first housing part with a receiver for the product, a second housing part detachably connectable to the first housing part, a piston rod held such that it can be displaced for the exertion of an emptying movement, an actuatable or releasable drive element for the piston rod, a coupling element including a coupling input element that couples the drive element to the piston rod in a coupling engagement, transmits a driving force of the drive element to the piston rod, and triggers the emptying movement, and a decoupling element displaceably connected to the second housing part and coupled to the first housing part such that it is displaced, by a movement of the housing parts in relation to each other when the housing parts are separated into a decoupling position wherein the piston rod is decoupled from the coupling input element.

摘要: An injection device for delivering equal doses of a fluid contained in a reservoir, the device having a housing, and an arming mechanism and a dose delivery mechanism arranged therein, the housing coupled to an enclosure for the reservoir. The arming mechanism includes an axially non-displaceable and rotatable setting sleeve. The setting sleeve is coupled with a spring strained by the rotation of the setting sleeve during arming of the device. The dose delivery mechanism includes a screw ring and a nonrotatable and axially displaceable piston rod within the setting sleeve. The piston rod cooperates with the screw ring so that during arming, the screw ring and the piston rod are immobilized, and during delivery of each dose the piston rod is displaced along the housing due to unwinding of the spring and rotation of the screw ring, the displacement of the piston rod causing the fluid to be discharged from the reservoir.

摘要: A drive train for a wind-up injection device is described. The drive train includes a torsional energy storage adapted to be loaded or unloaded by a rotatable element, a rotatable user handle, a rotationally driveable expelling mechanism adapted to expel the liquid drug, and a clutch element coupled with the torsional energy storage via the rotatable element and including a ratchet for maintaining the rotatable element at one of a number of discrete angular positions against the torque of the torsional energy storage. The clutch element is adapted to transmit the torque from the user handle to the torsional energy storage, or alternatively from the torsional energy storage to the expelling mechanism. The ratchet is switchable from one position to an adjacent position by a torque transmitted from the user handle to the torsional energy storage. The drive train is adapted to dampen torque peaks visco-elastically and/or visco-frictionally.

摘要: A sensor device to be attached to a drug delivery device includes an array of conducting elements each forming part of a respective resonant circuit and each operable to have a signal applied to it. The drug delivery device has a first movable element supporting a conductive region, which is configured to move along a path parallel to a longitudinal axis of the drug delivery device. When the sensor device is attached to the drug delivery device, the conducting elements are arranged such that each resonant circuit is operable to output a signal indicative of the proximity of the conductive region supported on the first moveable element to the respective conducting element of each resonant circuit. The sensor device includes circuitry to receive the signals output from the resonant circuit and, based on the received signals, determines information associated with a location along the path of the first movable element.
