摘要： The present invention relates to a medicament delivery device for delivering a number of predetermined amounts of medicament, comprising a body having a proximal and an opposite distal end and extending along a longitudinal axis (L); a medicament container (20) arranged inside said body; a driving mechanism arranged inside said body and configured to act on said medicament container; a manually movable activation member (102) arranged on the distal end the body; a biased actuator member (64) arranged to be movable along the longitudinal axis and through the manually movable activation member (102), said biased actuator member being configured to protrude a predetermined distance from the distal end of the manually movable activation member and configured to interact with said driving mechanism when the biased actuator member is displaced said predetermined distance towards the proximal end of the body for delivering a predetermined amount of medicament; and an actuator guide member (90) arranged in the body and configured to interact with the manually movable activation member (102) and with the biased actuator member (64) such that said actuator guide member (90) can be held in a position within the body and released from said position after a predetermined amount of medicament is delivered; wherein the actuator guide member (90) comprises at least one second guide element (92) adapted to interact with blocking surfaces in at least one group of guide surfaces (76) arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the biased actuator member (64) if said biased actuator member is operated towards the proximal end of the body during displacement of the biased actuator member (64) from the distal end of the manually movable activation member or if said biased actuator member is released during displacement of the biased actuator member (64) towards the proximal end of the body.

摘要： Systems and methods for mixing and/or reconstituting drugs are presented. A system may include an injection device, a vial, a needle, and a base station. The device has a chamber containing a first material. The vial has a chamber containing a second material. A drive unit of the base station moves the vial and/or the housing of the device relative to each other into an activated position. In the activated position, the needle is fluidly connected with the vial's chamber, and the drive unit is connected to a driver that moves the plunger in the axial direction of the device such that during fluid connection of the needle with the vial's chamber the first material is expelled from the device's chamber into the vial's chamber or the second material is expelled from the vial's chamber into the device's chamber.

摘要： An assembly of the present invention for a syringe includes a piercing needle-attached barrel having a barrel body and a hollow piercing needle fixed to the barrel body and a seal cap for sealing a piercing needle tip. The seal cap has a hollow part and a pierceable part into which the piercing needle tip inserted into the hollow part can be pierced. The seal cap is water vapor permeable and placed in a state in which the piercing needle tip has been pierced into the pierceable part. At least the pierceable part of the seal cap is formed of an elastic material containing silicone rubber as a main material thereof, silicone particles, and a lubricant.

The device includes a device shield interconnected to a lock collar with flexible member and biased to move relative to the lock collar. The lock collar interfaces with the syringe neck to attach the device to the syringe. As the device shield moves proximally, rotation arms of the lock collar interact with angled cutouts in the device shield, causing the device shield to rotate relative to the lock collar and disengaging one or more keys on the device shield from one or more keyways in the lock collar triggering the device shield to move from a first configuration in which the device shield is retractable to expose a syringe sharp to a second configuration in which the device shield is fixedly positioned to cover the syringe sharp.
