摘要: A hydrogel including phenol derivative-modified cellulose, a use thereof, and a preparation method therefor are described. Physical properties of the hydrogel can be modulated by adjusting concentrations of and oxidation conditions for the phenol derivative-modified cellulose. In addition, the hydrogel of the present invention can find applications in various fields due to its properties, such as hemostasis, blood coagulation acceleration, tissue adhesion, cell culture, cell transplantation, drug delivery, etc.

摘要: An adhesive material that provides fast and robust adhesion on wet surfaces, where the adhesion formed is detachable on-demand. The adhesive material is formed of one or more hydrophilic polymers or copolymers grafted with one or more amine coupling groups via a plurality of cleavable physical bonds and/or cleavable covalent bonds and one or more cross linkers. Application of the adhesive material on a wet surface causes the adhesive material to absorb liquid to thereby swell the adhesive material to form a layer of hydrogel, resulting in the formation of temporary crosslinks followed by covalent crosslinks with the surface. Introducing a triggering agent cleaves the cleavable physical bonds and/or cleavable covalent bonds to allow for non-traumatic detachment of the adhesive material from the surface.

摘要: Dry adhesive materials, particularly in the form of a film or tape, for adhering one or more wet surfaces comprising: (i) one or more hydrophilic polymers; (ii) one or more amine coupling groups, and (iii) one or more cross linkers. The dry adhesive material, when placed in contact with the one or more wet surfaces, absorbs liquid from the one or more wet surfaces, swells to form temporary crosslinking with the wet surface, and forms covalent crosslinking with the one or more wet surfaces.

摘要: The present invention relates to a sterile gel formulation suitable for use in filling a wound cavity and delivering an active ingredient thereto, the gel further having a pH range of 4.5 to 8.5, low bioadhesive strength and cohesive integrity and being formed from a polymer selected from among the group consisting of poly(vinyl) alcohol (PVA) polymer and a PVA-polyvinyl acetate copolymer, a cross-linker being a salt form of boron that produces borate ions in aqueous solution, at least one compound which has a beneficial effect as an active ingredient in the wound and at least one modulator, the modulator being a low molecular weight species that is capable of binding borate or PVA in aqueous solution through a mono-diol or di-diol formation and reduces the pH of PVA-borate hydrogels; wherein the gel is heat and/or gamma sterilised and contains less than 5% acetic acid and the polymer has a degree of hydrolysis of between 98% and 100% and a molecular weight of from 100,000 to 300,000 Daltons.

摘要: Provided are a biomedical tape, a preparation method thereof and use thereof. The biomedical tape comprises a hydrogel carrier in dry state and a functional nanomaterial encapsulated within the hydrogel carrier in dry state, and the hydrogel carrier in dry state comprises a thin film body of hyaluronic acid hydrogel and a dopamine-modified polyacrylic acid permeated into a surface of the thin film body of hyaluronic acid hydrogel. The preparation method for the biomedical tape comprises: preparing a hyaluronic acid hydrogel with the functional nanomaterial dispersed therein, and drying and curing the hydrogel to form a film to obtain the thin film body of hyaluronic acid hydrogel; and preparing a dopamine-modified polyacrylic acid solution, and permeating the solution into a surface of the thin film body of hyaluronic acid hydrogel by coating to obtain the biomedical tape.

摘要: This invention provides the preparation and applications of a degradable dual-component hydrogel. The hydrogel is prepared by mixing component A, component B and solvent; Component A is an o-phthalaldehyde modified degradable polymer; Component B is a water-soluble molecule, a water-soluble synthetic polymer, or a polysaccharide that contains one or more types of the groups selected from primary amine, hydrazine, hydrazide, hydroxylamine and sulfhydryl, with the number of groups not less than 2. This invention achieves the regulation for hydrogel degradability by introducing degradable structures into the polymer skeleton of component A, and obtains hydrogels with rapid degradation. This invention thus solve the dilemma of materials—confronting either the problems of undegradable poly (ethylene glycol) skeleton or the potential risks of the degradable bioproducts introduced—used for preparing the dual-component hydrogel.
