摘要: A puncture device and method are disclosed, the puncture device includes a puncture member having a puncture needle for puncturing a biological tissue, a shaft portion, and a connection portion for connecting the puncture needle and the shaft portion to each other. The puncture needle includes a needle main body for puncturing the biological tissue, and an extension needle provided for movement relative to the needle main body along a longitudinal direction of the needle main body and configured to puncture the biological tissue. The puncture device includes, as extension means for moving the extension needle in a direction toward the distal end of the needle main body with respect to the needle main body to extend the puncture needle, and/or a pusher for pushing the extension needle to move in the direction toward the distal end of the needle main body.

摘要: A surgical system combines a cannula and an instrument in a manner that allows small gauge instruments to be used effectively, with little or no bending with respect to the manipulating proximal side of the instrument. Such design overcomes the shortcomings of prior art, and applies to various microsurgical procedures, including ophthalmology, allowing the use of smaller endo-photocoagulation probes, illumination probes, combination probes, vitrectors, scissors, manipulators, picks, diathermy, and others. By using smaller gauge, patient recovery is expected to be faster.

摘要: The present invention relates to a laparoscopic port unit module in which one end thereof and the other end are placed inside and outside the human body, respectively, through the vaginal inlet, and provides a vaginal endoscopic port unit module comprising: an outer unit of which the end is exposed to the outside of the vaginal inlet and which comprises one or more outer ports allowing the entry of a surgical instrument including an endoscope; an inner unit formed at the inner wall of the vaginal canal so as to be placed at an incision region connected to the abdominal cavity and allowing the surgical instrument entering through the outer port to come in and out of the abdominal cavity; and a runner unit for connecting the outer unit and the inner unit.

摘要: Methods, apparatuses and systems are described for implanting a plurality of fiducial markers into a tissue. Systems include a needle, a stylet sized to slide within a lumen of the needle, and a multi-stop stylet spacer having stopping features configured to engage with the stylet to stop the distal end of the stylet at one or more predetermined distances from the distal end of the needle. Methods for implanting a plurality of fiducial markers into a tissue are described and include inserting a needle preloaded with fiducial markers into a tissue, adjusting a multi-stop stylet spacer from a safety position to a first deployment position, deploying a first fiducial marker into the tissue, adjusting the stylet spacer from the first deployment position to a second deployment position, and deploying a second fiducial marker into the tissue.

摘要: Transradial access devices, systems, and methods. An exemplary device of the present disclosure for providing access to a vessel or other luminal organ and to prevent overperforation of the same comprises a needle having a needle tip and at least one current element positioned thereon or embedded therein at or near the needle tip, a sheath positioned around at least part of the needle, and a protractor in communication with the needle, whereby engagement of the protractor causes the needle tip to protract from the sheath through the aperture, and whereby release of the protractor causes the needle tip to retract through the aperture into the sheath. Activation of the at least one current element can facilitation vasodilation of the vessel or other luminal organ.
