    摘要： One embodiment of the invention relates to a laminated sheet material, including, in order: (A) a substrate layer having an inner surface and at least a partially napped outer surface and including: an entangled nonwoven first fabric including ultrafine fibers having a fineness of not more than 0.01 decitex; and a first elastomeric polymer impregnated in the first fabric; (B) an adhesive layer; and (C) a substrate layer, including: an entangled nonwoven second fabric including fibers having a fineness of not less than 0.05 decitex; and a second elastomeric polymer impregnated in the second fabric; wherein at least a portion of the napped outer surface is covered with a third polymer, the third polymer being solid at a temperature of 20-25° C. and having a melting point not lower than 60° C. and having an elongation at break of not more than 10%. Another embodiment of the present invention provides a shoe upper, that includes the above-mentioned laminated sheet material. Another embodiment of the present invention provides an artificial leather shoe and a method for making an artificial leather shoe.

A leather-like sheet wherein the following fiber-entangled nonwoven fabrics (A) and (B) are stacked with an adhesive agent present in a discontinuous state: (A) a fiber-entangled nonwoven fabric containing an elastic polymer and comprising a microfine fiber (a) having a fineness of 0.1 denier or less, the surface opposite to its stacking surf ace being fluffed, and rupture elongations in the longitudinal and latitudinal directions thereof being 50% or more and 80% or more, respectively, and (B) a fiber-entangled nonwoven fabric containing an elastic polymer and comprising a microfine fiber (b) having a fineness of 0.5 denier or less, the fineness being 4 times or more larger than that of the fiber (a), and rupture elongations in the longitudinal and latitudinal directions thereof being 50% or more and 80% or more, respectively.

These articles are excellent in resistance to abrasion melting and abrasion and resistance to bleed/whitening and also good in tensile strength and like mechanical properties, durability and cold resistance, as well as softness and flexibility, so that they can be used for leather-like products and other various purposes.

    摘要： A colored polyamide fiber composed of a polyamide resin, a pigment, a coupling agent and a compound represented by the following formula I: R′—CO—NH—R—NH—CO—R″  (I) wherein R is an alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R′ and R″ are each independently an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 9 to 18 carbon atoms. The colored polyamide fibers are produced without causing bending and fiber break during the melt spinning even when the raw composition contains the pigment in a high concentration. Since the pigment is uniformly dispersed throughout the colored polyamide fibers, the coloration is deep and the strength is high. The colored polyamide fibers are suitable for the production of artificial leathers.

    摘要： A grain-finished artificial leather composed of a base layer and a coating layer Y formed on one of the surfaces of the base layer. The base layer is composed of an entangled nonwoven fabric X made of bundles of microfine fibers having an average single fiber fineness of 0.07 dtex or less and impregnated with a polymeric elastomer A and a polymeric elastomer B. The entangled nonwoven fabric X is composed of a lower layer XA and an upper layer XB wherein the lower layer XA is impregnated mainly with the polymeric elastomer A which is substantially not adhered to the bundles of microfine fibers and the upper layer XB is impregnated mainly with the polymeric elastomer B which is substantially not adhered to the bundles of microfine fibers. The coating layer Y is composed of a coating layer YB having a thickness of 1 to 10 μm which is made of the polymeric elastomer B and formed on the upper layer XB, a coating layer YC which is made of a polymeric elastomer C and formed on the coating layer YB, and a finished layer YE which is formed on the coating layer YC. The grain-finished artificial leather having the above structure combines a natural leather-like, delicate appearance, a good softness and flexibility, and a high peel strength.
