    摘要: A high-strength, lightweight inflatable structure is formed of at least one flexible fabric member that, in an inflated condition, forms a self-supporting structure. The flexible fabric member is formed from a bare fabric having an areal weight of less than 4.5 oz/yd2. The fabric is coated with air-impervious resin coating comprising a polyurethane resin having a mixture of graphene nanoplatelets and a phosphorus-based flame retardant added thereto. The thermally exfoliated graphene nanoplatelets contain residual graphene oxide. Graphene oxide, which is a polar molecule, has an affinity for the polar molecules that make up the phosphorus based flame retardant. Accordingly, in addition to its inherent flame-retardant properties, the phosphorus based flame retardant acts as a dispersant to improve the uniform dispersion of the graphene nanoplatelets within the matrix, thus reducing or eliminating the need to use additional dispersants.

    摘要: A method for producing an artificial leather sheet includes (i) coating a solution including an elastic polymer (B) on a substrate layer for forming a composite layer on a surface of the substrate layer, wherein the substrate layer includes ultra fine fibers and an elastic polymer (A), and the substrate layer has ultra fine fiber naps on one surface, the fineness of the ultra fine fibers is 0.0001 to 0.05 dtex, the composite layer includes ultra fine fiber naps and an elastic polymer (B), the ultra fine fiber naps are connected to the fibers constituting the substrate layer, and the elastic polymer (B) is joined to the ultra fine fibers, (ii) pressing the surface of the sheet with an emboss roll for forming hills, and (iii) then coating the top portions of the hills with a solution consisting mainly of an elastic polymer (C).

    摘要: A grain-finished leather-like sheet having a fibrous substrate layer, a polyurethane non-porous layer and a polyurethane surface layer which are successively laminated in this order. The polyurethane surface layer contains a binder polyurethane and polyurethane fine particles having a particle size of 1 to 50 μm. The total thickness of the polyurethane non-porous layer and the polyurethane surface layer is 150 μm or more. The polyurethane surface layer contains the polyurethane fine particles in an amount of 10 to 40 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the binder polyurethane. The polyurethane fine particles are not exposed to the surface. The grain-finished leather-like sheet characterized by the above features has a smooth and luster surface, a good hand, and excellent scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and buckling wrinkle resistance. The sheet hardly damages or soils an object which is in contact with its surface by friction.
