Abstract:
An imaging method including: controlling luminance distribution of light such that the light continuously attenuates from an inner side toward an edge in a peripheral area within an imaging range of an imaging unit; emitting, in the imaging range, the light whose luminance distribution has been controlled; imaging an object within the imaging range where the light has been emitted to generate image data; sequentially moving the imaging range relative to the object such that peripheral areas where the light attenuates overlap with each other in adjacent imaging ranges; sequentially obtaining a plurality of images with different imaging ranges based on the image data; and creating a combined image by stitching the plurality of images in such a way that adjacent images of the plurality of images corresponding to the adjacent imaging ranges are stitched together such that image areas corresponding to the peripheral areas overlap with each other.
Abstract:
An image processing apparatus is configured comprising a necessary/unnecessary determination data generating unit configured to generate necessary/unnecessary determination data; an image encoding unit assigning identification information respectively to, and recording, in a recording unit, each piece of data after division of each moving image of a moving image after encoding, a necessary/unnecessary determining unit configured to determine an unnecessary moving image frame based on necessary/unnecessary determination data; and a moving image file managing unit configured to rewrite information indicating a state of data at a recording unit in the recording unit corresponding to a moving image frame determined as unnecessary moving image frame by the necessary/unnecessary determining unit into information that there is no data.
Abstract:
Provided is an image-processing device that includes:a processor including hardware; the processor configured to: analyze an image of the inside of a culture vessel that cultures cells, and acquire quantitative data of living cells and quantitative data of dead cells inside the culture vessel; and generate comparison data that allows comparison of the acquired quantitative data of the living cells and the acquired quantitative data of the dead cells.
Abstract:
An image acquisition system according to the present invention includes: a display device including a display surface on which a subject can be mounted; and the image acquisition device that is disposed face-down at a position above the display device in a manner spaced apart from the display surface, the display device being disposed with the display surface face-up, and that acquires images of the display surface and the subject placed on the display surface, wherein the image acquisition device includes a transmission unit that transmits the acquired images, and the display device includes: a reception unit that receives the transmitted images; a relative-position calculation unit that calculates the relative position between the display device and the image acquisition device on the basis of the received image; and a display control unit that controls content displayed on the display surface on the basis of the calculated relative position.
Abstract:
Provided is an image acquisition system according to the present invention includes: a display device that has a display surface on which an image is displayed; a dome-shaped reflective member that is disposed so as to cover at least a part of the display surface of the display device, that includes a reflective surface reflecting light from the display surface, on an inner surface thereof, and has a through-hole that passes between an interior and an exterior; and a photographing device that photographs light radiated from the display surface via the through-hole, while a subject is disposed at a position between the reflective member and the display surface.
Abstract:
Provided is an observation apparatus and an observation method with which it is possible to observe imaging subjects, such as cells or the like, without labeling the imaging subjects and without causing an increase in the apparatus size. Provided is an observation apparatus including: a light-source unit that emits illumination light upward from below a sample; and an image-capturing optical system that has an objective lens that collects transmitted light, which is the illumination light emitted from the light-source unit that has passed through the sample by being reflected above the sample and that captures, below the sample, the transmitted light collected by the objective lens.
