A second vibration sensor for measuring background noise received by the first vibration sensor is installed so as not to receive vibration of the bearing. A data acquisition device receives a first signal that is a measurement signal of the first vibration sensor and a second signal that is a measurement signal of the second vibration sensor and outputs a third signal obtained by subtracting the second signal from the first signal as data indicating vibration of the bearing.

The device further includes a reference pattern storage unit, a phase difference detection unit, and an error correction unit. The reference pattern storage unit measures pitch errors in the to-be-detected patterns prior to operation and stores the pitch errors as a reference pattern Pref. The phase difference detection unit determines a pitch error pattern Pm corresponding to one rotation of the to-be-detected patterns from rotation signals representing a plurality of rotations detected during operation, and performs comparison with a reference pattern Pref to determine a relative phase difference φ. Based on the phase difference φ obtained by the phase difference detection unit, the error correction unit corrects errors included in the rotation signals detected by the sensor.

    摘要: A condition monitoring system for a wind turbine generator includes an orientation sensor installed in a nacelle and configured to detect an orientation of the nacelle and a condition monitoring unit configured to receive an output from the orientation sensor and perform at least any one of recording, analysis, or transmission of a signal. The condition monitoring unit preferably detects, based on the output from the orientation sensor, the movement along the rotation direction of the nacelle associated with a torsional oscillation of the tower. The orientation sensor can also detect slow directional fluctuations that are difficult to detect using an acceleration sensor or the like, and thus, can satisfactorily detect the rotation of the nacelle associated with the torsional oscillation of the tower.

    摘要: A magnetizing device includes a magnetization yoke including a pair of magnetization heads confronting each other through a magnetic gap, an excitation coil wound around the magnetization yoke, and a magnetization power supply that supplies a magnetizing current to the excitation coil to generate magnetic flux between the magnetization heads. A magnetic shield is provided on the magnetization yoke. The magnetic shield is spaced apart from one of the magnetization heads with a gap being formed therebetween along a direction in which the plurality of magnetic encoder tracks are arranged. The magnetic shield blocks a flow of magnetic flux that is present outside a defined extension of a flow of the magnetic flux between the pair of magnetization heads. The magnetic shield is of such a geometry that a thickness thereof progressively decreases towards the one of the magnetization heads.

A vehicle-wheel bearing (100) is provided with a plurality of sensors (20) for detecting a load applied thereto. The vehicle-wheel bearing (100) is provided with a signal processor (31) for generating signal vectors from output signals of the sensors, a load calculation processor (32) for calculating a load acting on a wheel, based on the signal vectors, and an input load fluctuation detector (33) for detecting a fluctuation component of the input load which is included in the output signals of the sensors (20). The load calculation processor (32) calculates the load by applying a load calculation scheme that shifts in accordance with the fluctuation component detected by the input load fluctuation detector (33).
