    Abstract: A wheel suspension for a wheel of an axle of a motor vehicle, including a pivot bearing supporting the wheel, which is articulated in an upper link level via at least one link on the motor vehicle body. The pivot bearing includes a pivot bearing arm on which the link is mounted by a ball joint having a ball pin, the ball pin is aligned extending in the vertical direction of the vehicle and the ball of the ball pin is received in a receptacle on the link side and the shaft of the ball pin is received in a receptacle on the pivot bearing arm side. The receptacle on the pivot bearing arm side is formed as a longitudinally slotted clamping hole.

    Abstract: A lightweight vehicle includes a pair of rear wheel assemblies, one or more front wheel assemblies, a universal assembly platform, and forward facing seating. The universal assembly platform includes a main vehicle chassis, a front suspension system coupled to the main vehicle chassis and to which the one or more front wheel assemblies is mounted, and a rear suspension system coupled to the main vehicle chassis and to which the pair of rear wheel assemblies is mounted. A front distal end of the one or more front wheel assemblies is longitudinally forward of a front end of the main vehicle chassis. The forward facing seating is mounted to the main vehicle chassis such that a portion of a seat bottom of the forward facing seating is located longitudinally rearward of an axis extending through a center of the pair of rear wheel assemblies.

    Abstract: An independent drive module includes: an in-wheel motor configured to provide driving force to a wheel of a vehicle; a support arm including a first end connected to a vehicle body and a second end connected to the in-wheel motor, to support the in-wheel motor; a shock absorber module including a first end connected to the in-wheel motor and a second end connected to the vehicle body, the shock absorber being configured to absorb shock between the in-wheel motor and the vehicle body and swivel the in-wheel motor during turning of the vehicle so as to perform both shock absorption and steering; and a steering motor connected to the second end of the shock absorber module to transmit rotational force for the steering to the shock absorber module.

    Abstract: The present invention is directed to providing a strut suspension system configured to improve a steering property by reducing steering frictional resistance when a steering wheel is rotationally manipulated and having a relatively simple mechanical structure to reduce the number of components and manufacturing costs and to secure a large space for installing main components such as an engine and the like. Disclosed is a strut suspension system configured to absorb impact and vibrations transferred to a vehicle body from a road surface through a wheel. The strut suspension system includes a strut provided between the vehicle body and the wheel and to which a knuckle arm connecting a steering system of a vehicle to the wheel is connected to be relatively rotatable when the steering system performs steering and a stabilizer link having one end connected to a stabilizer bar configured to increase roll rigidity of the vehicle body and the other end coupled to prevent the strut from rotating.

    Abstract: A vehicle lift kit for a golf cart is disclosed. The lift kit comprises a front suspension attached to a vehicle frame having a suspension body, a pair of lower control arms, a leaf spring, and a pair of spindles connected to the pair of lower control arms. Each spindle comprises a spindle shaft, an upper bracket, and a lower bracket. The upper control arms are configured to connect between a steering rack mount of the vehicle and the upper end of the spindle. Further, the lift comprises a camber alignment adjustment on the connector between the upper control arm and the upper bracket of the spindle to provide proper alignment. The spindle further comprises a support gusset to strengthen the joints. The lift kit also has grease fittings to provide lubrication of the mounting points. Further, the lift kit comprises a rear suspension kit for the golf cart.
