摘要: A rolling bearing holder unit disclosed herein includes: a rolling bearing with a predetermined rotation axis, the rolling bearing including: an outer ring; an inner ring placed inward relative to an inner circumferential surface of the outer ring to be coaxial with the outer ring; and a plurality of rolling bodies placed between the outer ring and the inner ring; a bearing holder placed in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the outer ring or an inner circumferential surface of the inner ring in the rolling bearing; and a strain gauge with a resistor that is configured to detect a strain of the outer ring or the inner ring. In this rolling bearing holder unit: the bearing holder has a thick part and a thin part that is thinner than the thick part; the strain gauge is placed on the thin part; the rolling bearing is preloaded to form a predetermined contact angle; and the thick part is placed in contact at least with a region extending from an intersection of a straight line indicating the predetermined contact angle and the outer circumferential surface of the outer ring or the inner circumferential surface of the inner ring, to a preloaded end surface, the preloaded end surface being an end surface of the outer ring or the inner ring located nearer to the intersection.

摘要: The present invention describes a wind turbine comprising a hub, at least one blade and at least one pitch bearing to connect the at least one blade to the hub, the at least one pitch bearing comprising at least an inner ring and an outer ring, and at least a rolling race, wherein the wind turbine further comprises at least a tensioning system configured to exert a radial compression force to at least a part of the outer ring of the at least one pitch bearing, thus increasing the resultant stiffness of the at least one pitch bearing.

摘要: To provide an axle bearing having a low torque property and superior bearing lifetime. A hub bearing 6 is configured to rotatably support a wheel of a vehicle, and has a grease composition 10 sealed in an inner space thereof. The grease composition 10 contains a base oil and a thickener. The shear stress of the grease composition at the shear rate of 1,000-10,000 s−1 at 25° C. is 3,000 Pa or less. The viscosity of the grease composition is 1 Pas or less. The yield stress of the grease composition at 25° C. measured by a dynamic viscoelasticity analysis method using a rheometer is 1,300-3,000 Pa.

The carrier element is connected to the first bearing part, an elastic element is provided on the carrier element, and the carrier element has a fastening section connected to the first bearing part. The elastic element has a sealing lip. The stop part is fastened to the second bearing part and in sliding contact with the sealing lip. The wheel bearing flange has an axial projection provided such that the projection protrudes in the direction of a cavity formed by an axial projection of the first bearing part. An inner surface of the axial projection of the wheel bearing flange forms a seat for the stop part.

摘要: A hub bearing assembly includes a housing with a vertical bore, a bearing outer ring disposed within the bore and coupled with the housing and a bearing inner ring disposed within the bearing outer ring and having a central bore configured to receive a portion of the shaft. A set of rolling elements are disposed between the bearing outer and inner rings. An upper seal is disposed within the housing bore externally of the outer ring and includes an annular elastomeric seal body and a garter spring biasing a seal lip radially inwardly. A lower seal is disposed between the bearing outer and inner rings. Either the bearing inner ring is sized such that upper seal is disposed about the bearing inner ring or the hub bearing assembly further comprises an annular spacer disposed within the upper seal and adjacent to the upper axial end of the bearing inner ring.

An inner ring is provided that includes a through hole configured to receive at least a portion of the joint element and an abutment flange defined within the through hole. The inner ring includes a second spline portion configured to matingly engage with the first spline, and the nose of the joint element is configured to extend axially within the abutment flange. A connection assembly is configured to connect the inner ring and the joint element, and a portion of the connection assembly abuts a first axial end of the abutment flange.
