    摘要: A test stand includes a base frame and a bearing housing defining a frustoconical recess. A bearing unit has a bearing sleeve defining a through-going bearing bore coaxial with a rotation axis. A bearing shaft is rotatably mounted in the bearing bore. A contour of an outer conical wall of the bearing sleeve is at least partially identical with a contour of the frustoconical recess, where the bearing unit is detachably arranged in contact with the frustoconical recess. A fixing element on the distal end of the bearing shaft is configured for detachably fixing a test object. A test stand drive is arranged on the base frame and has a test shaft configured to be driven in rotation about the rotation axis, where the test shaft is configured to be connected coaxially to the bearing shaft of the bearing unit.

    摘要: A pressure plate bearing device assembled by quick connection includes a bearing and a pressure plate. The pressure plate includes a sleeving hole which sleeves outside an outer race of the bearing, a limiting groove provided in a position where the outer race of the bearing is nested in the sleeving hole in a matching manner, and a steel ball arranged in the limiting groove. Based on the limiting match between the steel ball and the sleeving hole and that between the steel ball and the outer race of the bearing, at least the axial limit between the bearing and the pressure plate is at least fulfilled. The outer race of the bearing or the pressure plate is provided with a mounting channel that is in communication with the limiting groove. The pressure plate bearing device assembled by the quick connection is more easily assembled and reliably connected.

    摘要: A bearing cover assembly can be assembled to a bearing housing in which a rolling element bearing is accommodated. The bearing housing assembly includes an annular adapter and an end cap that can be mated together. The annular adapter can have a tapered inner annular surface and can be inserted into the housing bore of the bearing housing. The end cap can have a corresponding outer tapered surface. When the end cap is inserted into the adapter hole defined by the annular adapter, the sliding contact between the tapered inner annular surface and the outer surface radially expands the annular adapter inside the housing bore creating a positive engagement retaining the bearing cover assembly to the bearing housing.
