摘要: A sealing arrangement for a wheel bearing having a first bearing part and a second bearing part integrally connected to a wheel bearing flange, and rolling bodies being guided between said bearing parts, includes a carrier element and a stop part. The carrier element is connected to the first bearing part, an elastic element is provided on the carrier element, and the carrier element has a fastening section connected to the first bearing part. The elastic element has a sealing lip. The stop part is fastened to the second bearing part and in sliding contact with the sealing lip. The wheel bearing flange has an axial projection provided such that the projection protrudes in the direction of a cavity formed by an axial projection of the first bearing part. An inner surface of the axial projection of the wheel bearing flange forms a seat for the stop part.

摘要: The invention relates to a seal device (1) for sealing two bearing elements which rotate relative to each other about an axis (D), in particular for sealing a rolling bearing. The seal device (1) includes a sealing section (2) for sealing purposes and a fastening section (3) for holding the seal device (1) against a bearing element (21). The sealing section (2) is arranged at one end of the fastening section (3) and includes a free end (E) opposite thereof. All the sections (2, 3) have a common carrier element (4) and at least one sealing element (5), and all the sections (2, 3) extend in the radial direction (R) and/or in the axial direction (A). The fastening section (3) extends at least partly in the axial direction (A) such that the carrier element (4) and the sealing element (5) rest directly against a bearing element (21) in order to form a clamping seat in the radial direction (R) by the carrier element (4) in order to hold against a bearing element (21) and a static seal by the seal element (5) in order to seal against a bearing element (21). The invention further relates to a seal assembly (20) for a rolling bearing, in particular for a wheel bearing assembly, including a bearing element (21) and a seal device (1).

摘要: The invention relates to a seal device (1) for sealing two bearing elements which rotate relative to each other about an axis (D), in particular for sealing a rolling bearing. The seal device (1) includes a sealing section (2) for sealing purposes and a fastening section (3) for holding the seal device (1) against a bearing element (21). 摘要: An encoder for a wheel bearing includes a carrier plate ring and a magnetic encoding ring. The carrier plate ring has a radially running first leg, and an axially running second leg arranged on an outer ring or on an inner ring of the wheel bearing. The carrier plate ring has, on the radially running first leg, cut-outs distributed over its circumference. The first leg has a fold for forming a folded portion, and the folded portion at least partly covers the cut-outs. The carrier plate ring is at least partly surrounded by the magnetic encoding ring. The encoding ring has unipolar magnetization and at least partly comes into contact in the cut-outs.

The counterflow plate is arranged with one side facing the carrier element such that the first and second axial sealing lips, and the radial sealing lip, are in sliding contact with the counterflow plate. The first axial sealing lip, second axial sealing lip, and radial sealing lip rest against the counterflow plate with respective contact pressures.
