    Abstract: The disclosure provides a microphone chip, a microphone, and a terminal device. The microphone chip includes a substrate and a diaphragm that are disposed oppositely, a reflector located on a side that is of the diaphragm and that is close to the substrate, a grating group located between the substrate and the diaphragm, and an optical emitter and an optical detector that are located between the substrate and the grating group. The grating group includes a plurality of gratings, and distances between at least two gratings in the plurality of gratings and the reflector are different.

    Abstract: Monitoring an operational characteristic of a data communication device within a network includes sampling an operational characteristic of the data communication device at a fine-grain sample rate over a first sampling interval to produce fine-grain samples of the operational characteristic of the data communication device, training a machine learning algorithm using the fine-grain samples of the operational characteristic of the data communication device, the fine-grain sample rate, and a coarse-grain sample rate that is less than the fine-grain sample rate, sampling the operational characteristic of the data communication device at the coarse-grain sample rate over a second sampling interval to produce coarse-grain samples of the operational characteristic of the data communication device, and using the machine learning algorithm to process the coarse-grain samples of the operational characteristic of the data communication device to produce accuracy-enhanced samples of the operational characteristic of the data communication device.

    Abstract: Method and system for setting up a bearer are disclosed. The bearer setup method includes these steps: a packet data network gateway (PGW) obtains first quality of service (QoS) information and a first bearer identifier (ID), and sets up a bearer between the PGW and a radio access network (RAN) according to the first QoS information, where the bearer is associated with the first bearer ID; the RAN sets up a radio bearer (RB) with a user equipment (UE) according to second QoS information associated with the first QoS information, where the RB is associated with a second bearer ID associated with the first bearer ID.

    Abstract: The present application discloses an optical switch, including a first optical waveguide, a second optical waveguide, and a first heater, where a place at which a distance between the first optical waveguide and the second optical waveguide is the smallest is a junction; the first heater is adjacent to the third optical sub-waveguide; and there is a first dielectric material between the first heater and the third optical sub-waveguide, and there is a second dielectric material between the third optical sub-waveguide and the fourth optical sub-waveguide, where a thermal conductivity of the first dielectric material is greater than a thermal conductivity of the second dielectric material. The optical switch has advantages such as high heating efficiency, a small quantity of heaters, and simple control.

    Abstract: A method of bearer deletion is provided to improve the universality of the bearer deletion process. The method includes: receiving, by the original intermediate NE, the cancellation type indication parameter sent by the HSS, and deleting the bearer between the serving gateway (S-GW) and a packet data network gateway (P-GW), if the original intermediate network element obtains an attach type according to the cancellation type indication parameter indicating an attach type and a corresponding bearer exists on the original intermediate NE. This method helps efficiently improve the universality of the bearer deletion flow.
