    摘要: The present application discloses an optical waveguide device, which comprises a waveguide substrate and a coupling-in grating and a coupling-out grating arranged on the waveguide substrate, and the coupling-in grating is configured to couple an input light beam from the outside of the waveguide substrate into the waveguide substrate so that the input light beam can be transmitted to the coupling-out grating through total reflection. Wherein the coupling-in grating has a grating vector direction pointing to the coupling-out grating, and the coupling-out grating includes a one-dimensional region in which a one-dimensional grating is formed and a two-dimensional region in which a two-dimensional grating is formed. The application further discloses display equipment comprising the optical waveguide device.

    摘要: An image light guide for conveying a virtual image including a substrate operable to propagate image-bearing light beams along a length thereof. An in-coupling diffractive optic is formed along the substrate and is operable to diffract image-bearing light beams from an image source into the substrate in an angularly encoded form. An out-coupling diffractive optic is formed along the substrate, wherein the out-coupling diffractive optic is operable to diffract the image-bearing light beams from the substrate in an angularly decoded form. The in-coupling diffractive optic has three pluralities of periodic diffractive structures symmetric about three equidistant axes and the out-coupling diffractive optic has two pluralities of periodic diffractive structures having a periodicity equivalent to two of the three pluralities of periodic diffractive structures of the in-coupling diffractive optic. The two pluralities of periodic diffractive structures of the out-coupling diffractive optic are also parallel with two of the three pluralities of periodic diffractive structures of the in-coupling diffractive optic.

    摘要: The disclosure provides an optical waveguide, a manufacturing method of an optical waveguide, and a head-mounted display device. The optical waveguide has a first optical region and a second optical region for transmitting an image beam. The optical waveguide includes a plate body, multiple first light-guiding optical elements, and multiple optical microstructures. The first light-guiding optical elements are disposed in parallel lines on a light-guiding plane inside the plate body. The light-guiding plane is located in the first optical region, and there is a spacing between the adjacent first light-guiding optical elements. The image beam transmitted to the light-guiding plane is separated into multiple sub image beams, and the transmission paths of the sub image beams are at least partially different. The optical coupling-out structure is disposed in the plate body and is located in the second optical region.
