摘要: A display device can include a light-emitting element, a driving transistor providing a driving current to the light-emitting element using a driving voltage, and a plurality of switching transistors controlling driving of the driving transistor are disposed on a display panel. A gate driving circuit supplies scan signals to the display panel through gate lines. An emission driving circuit supplies a plurality of emission signals to the display panel through a plurality of emission signal lines. A data driving circuit supplies a data voltage to the display panel. A timing controller divides the display panel into a plurality of blocks and controls a level of a bias voltage applied to the driving transistor of a corresponding block among the plurality of blocks according to a grayscale of the data voltage supplied to the corresponding block in a low-speed mode operating at a low-speed driving frequency.

摘要: An electronic appliance is provided. The electronic appliance includes a communication interface, a memory storing at least one instruction, and a processor which is connected with the memory and the communication interface and controls the electronic apparatus. Here, the processor may, by executing the at least one instruction, based on an event for reading extended display identification data (EDID) stored in the memory at an external apparatus connected through the communication interface occurring, toggle a first signal related to the communication interface, and after the first signal is toggled, monitor a signal output from the external apparatus and identify whether the external apparatus failed to read the EDID information, and based on identifying that the external apparatus failed to read the EDID information, toggle a second signal related to the communication interface.

The source of an incoming media stream may contain useful characteristics for optimizing the display layout of multiple media streams. One such characteristic of a source device may include the device type, such as laptop, PC, phone, or tablet. Information may be extracted from each incoming stream in order to predict a source device type from which the incoming media stream originates.

The plurality of display units each include a light-emitting portion and a connection region. The plurality of driver circuit units each include a driver circuit portion and a connection region. The connection regions of the adjacent units overlap with each other and one shaft passes through the connection regions. The adjacent units are electrically connected to each other with the one shaft. With such a structure, an angle between the adjacent units electrically connected to each other with one shaft can be changed, which enables the aspect ratio of the display device to be changed.
