    Abstract: A fingerprint identification module and a driving method therefor, and a display apparatus. The fingerprint identification module includes a base substrate and a plurality of fingerprint identification regions located on the base substrate, each fingerprint identification region includes a plurality of receiving electrodes, a piezoelectric material layer and a plurality of driving electrodes; and the plurality of receiving electrodes, the piezoelectric material layer and the plurality of driving electrodes form a plurality of ultrasonic sensors. Each fingerprint identification region is correspondingly provided with at least one driving chip, the plurality of driving electrodes in each fingerprint identification region is connected to an output terminal of the at least one driving chip; and the at least one driving chip is configured to apply a driving voltage to the plurality of driving electrodes to driving the plurality of ultrasonic sensors in the corresponding fingerprint identification region to perform fingerprint identification.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a piezoelectric detection circuit, an array, a pressure detection device and a method. The piezoelectric detection circuit comprises a constant current circuit, a dual-gate transistor, and a transmission circuit. The dual-gate transistor comprises a first gate, a second gate, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The first gate is configured to receive a first voltage signal. The second gate is configured to receive a bias voltage and a pressure. The first electrode is electrically connected to a first voltage terminal. The second electrode is configured to receive a constant current. The transmission circuit is configured to output a second voltage signal from the second electrode. A magnitude of the pressure is obtained according to an amplitude of the second voltage signal.
