Abstract: The present disclosure provides a temperature detection circuit. The temperature detection circuit includes: a first comparator, the first comparator having a first negative input terminal, a first positive input terminal and a first output terminal, the first negative input terminal being connected with an output terminal of a temperature sensor, the first positive input terminal being connected with a first reference voltage terminal; a monostable trigger, an input terminal of the monostable trigger being connected with the first output terminal of the first comparator; a low pass filter, an input terminal of the low pass filter being connected with an output terminal of the monostable trigger. The present disclosure further provides a temperature sensor device and a display device.

Abstract: A device for identifying a pattern over a first surface includes a photosensitive layer, and a light-guiding layer disposed between the photosensitive layer and the first surface. The photosensitive layer includes a plurality of photosensitive elements, each configured to convert incident light into an electrical signal. The light-guiding layer includes a plurality of light-guiding units, each positionally corresponding to one of the plurality of photosensitive elements. Each light-guiding unit includes a plurality of light-transmitting portions, each configured to guide a light beam reflected from a feature of the pattern positionally corresponding thereto to transmit therethrough and reach one of the plurality of photosensitive elements corresponding to the each of the plurality of light-guiding units. The device can be used for identification of fingerprint, as well as other biometric or non-biometric features, and has a reduced thickness and an improved accuracy for pattern identification.

Abstract: The present application belongs to the field of display technology, more particularly, relates to a display component and a display device. The display component comprises a display panel having a plurality of pixel structures. A packaging film is provided above the display panel. In each of the pixel structures, a control element and a photosensitive element connected with the control element are provided above the packaging film. The photosensitive element performs fingerprint identification according to received reflection light reflected by a finger after being emitted by the display panel. The display component implements optical fingerprint identification based on the display panel. Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a touch panel and a display apparatus. The touch panel includes a display unit comprising a plurality of pixel units; and a fingerprint recognition sensor disposed on one side of the display unit which is opposite to a light emitting surface of the display unit, wherein the display unit further comprises at least one via hole disposed between two adjacent pixel units, and a light divergence member disposed on one side of each via hole which is close to the fingerprint recognition sensor. The light divergence member is configured to irradiate reflected light obtained as light emitted by the pixel units is reflected by a touch body onto the fingerprint recognition sensor.
