摘要： A display device, a display panel, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The method includes: providing a display substrate including a display region having an opening region and an isolation region surrounding the opening region; forming a light-emitting layer covering the overall display region; forming a blocking layer on the light-emitting layer, the orthographic projection thereof on the display substrate covering an overall opening region and at least part of the isolation region; forming a first packaging layer covering the light-emitting layer and the blocking layer; forming a photoresist layer to pattern the first packaging layer and form a first through hole, the orthographic projection of the first through hole on the display substrate being within that of the blocking layer on the display substrate; removing the photoresist layer with stripper; and removing the blocking layer and part of the light-emitting layer corresponding to the first through hole.

摘要： Provided are a backboard support structure, a preparation method therefor, and a display device. The display device includes a display substrate and a backboard support structure; the backboard support structure includes a substrate support film and an adhesive layer arranged in a laminated manner. The backboard support structure is bonded to the non-display side of the display substrate via the adhesive layer, and includes a first bendable region and a first non-bent region. The adhesive layer includes a first portion located in the first bendable region and a second portion located in the first non-bent region; the first portion has a modulus of elasticity of about 1 Kpa-150 Kpa, the second portion has a modulus of elasticity of about 150 Kpa-250 Kpa, and the substrate support film has a modulus of elasticity of about 1 Gpa-10 Gpa.

摘要： A method of fabricating a display substrate having a display area and a peripheral area is provided. The method includes forming a plurality of light emitting elements on a base substrate and in the display area; forming an encapsulating layer on a side of the plurality of light emitting elements distal to the base substrate to encapsulate the plurality of light emitting elements; forming an insulating layer, wherein the insulating layer is formed between the encapsulating layer and the base substrate; and forming a first barrier wall in the peripheral area and on a side of the insulating layer away from the base substrate, the first barrier wall forming a first enclosure substantially surrounding a first area. A side of the first barrier wall away from the base substrate is wider than a side of the first barrier wall closer to the base substrate.

摘要： A flexible display substrate mother board and a method of manufacturing a flexible display substrate are provided. The method includes: forming a heating pattern layer on a support substrate, wherein the heating pattern layer includes a plurality of regional blocks spaced apart from each other; forming a flexible substrate on the substrate provided with the heating pattern layer, and forming display elements on the flexible substrate; and heating the flexible substrate by utilization of the heating pattern layer, cutting the flexible substrate, stripping the flexible substrate corresponding to the regional block from the support substrate, and forming flexible display substrates. The method can avoid the damage of the display elements on the flexible substrate when the flexible substrate and the support substrate are separated from each other, and avoid uneven separation.
