    摘要： An object of the present invention relates to a tablet which comprises an active ingredient and a cyclodextrin or a cyclodextrin derivative and rapidly disintegrates in the oral cavity, etc. The present invention provides a tablet in which 70% by mass or more of the components of the tablet is a cyclodextrin or a cyclodextrin derivative and a method for manufacturing a tablet comprising the steps of: mixing constituent components of the tablet which comprises as constituent components an active ingredient and a cyclodextrin or a cyclodextrin derivative and in which 70% by mass or more of the total constituent components of the tablet is the cyclodextrin or the cyclodextrin derivative; and subsequently tableting the resultant mixture.

    摘要： A filler material packing system according to the present invention for packing a granular or fragmental filler material in a bag-shaped hollow surface material includes: a suction pump; a suction-type packing container having an inner space for positioning the surface material, a suction port connected between the inner space and the suction pump, and an entry port provided in coaxial with an opening of the surface material, the filler material being delivered in the surface material through the entry port and its opening; and a feeder for delivering the filler material. The feeder has a lid, a sidewall and a bottom wall. The feeder has air vent holes and an outlet provided in an upper part thereof. The outlet port connects with the entry port of the suction-type packing container through connecting means, and thereby, the air vent holes are connected to the entry port.

    摘要： A semiconductor integrated circuit device has a first internal voltage controlling circuit which lowers an external power source voltage and produces a predetermined internal power source voltage. The device further has a second internal voltage controlling circuit formed by an internal-voltage drop detection circuit for detecting the lowering of the internal power source voltage from a predetermined reference voltage and a switching circuit for causing the external power source voltage to be directly connected to an internal voltage output terminal based on an output from the internal-voltage drop detection circuit. The internal power source voltage is maintained close to the required value thereby preventing a deterioration of circuit performance even when the external power source voltage drops close to the internal power source voltage.
