    摘要: This invention provides an endoscopic treatment system for executing at least one of localized injection through mucous membrane, peeling off and cutting off of mucous membrane. This system has an endoscope, which has an insertion section provided with at least one channel extending therein. The system also has a plurality of treatment tools including a syringe needle for executing localized injection through a portion of mucous membrane, forceps for gripping a portion of mucous membrane, and at least one knife for executing at least one of peeling off and cutting off of mucous membrane. Further, this system includes an endoscopic guide tube to be inserted into the esophagus, which has a main channel for inserting therein the endoscope, and at least one sub channel for inserting therein each of the treatment tools.

    摘要: A position information transmitting member for transmitting position information to a staple receiving portion is provided in a tissue stapler having a staple receiving portion which comprises the anvil of the stapler. Thereby, an operator can easily locate the position of and grasp the staple receiving portion located within a tissue to swiftly execute stapling. The tissue stapler includes a stapling portion provided with an endoscope inserting tube path, a stapling portion provided with a staple injecting portion arranged on a distal end side of the inserting portion, and a staple receiving member (anvil) arranged separately from the inserting portion, to be grasped by a treatment tool introduced via the inserting portion in a state when it is opposed to the stapling portion via a tissue, to bend a distal end portion of a staple pressed out from the staple injecting portion of the stapling portion which has penetrated through the tissue.

    摘要: The present invention is an endoscope apparatus including an endoscope comprising an observation optical system in which the angle of observable field of view for observing a therapeutic tool can be changed and an operating mechanism for changing the observable field of view; and an insertion guide tube for guiding the therapeutic tool into a body cavity, wherein the insertion guide tube is detachably positioned and supported in a predetermined position relative to the endoscope. With this apparatus, the therapeutic tool can be observed in an optimal observing state irrespective of whether the area to be observed is located near or far from a distal end of the endoscope.

    摘要: In an endoscope therapeutic device having a plurality of introduction guide tubes for introducing a treatment tool into a body cavity, the introduction guide tubes are mutually joined at a position more proximal than bending portions thereof. Accordingly, the effects caused by the movement of the plurality of the introduction guide tubes are mutually invalidated at a joint portion as a fulcrum, so that the position of the introduction guide tube is relatively stabilized in the body cavity. As joining methods, there are integration, usage of a joint tool, and usage of an over tube. The operability is improved when the introduction guide tube is provided at the distal end thereof with a mechanism for retaining and/or rotating a distal end of a treatment tool inserted therethrough.

    摘要: In a medical system including an over-tube for inserting a tool, the medical system includes a restraining mechanism for restraining at least one of a relative movement between the tool to be inserted through the over-tube and the over-tube and a relative movement between the over-tube and the body cavity. The restraining mechanism includes a mechanism for engaging the tool with the distal end of the over-tube, a mechanism for supporting the over-tube outside the body cavity, and a mechanism for connecting the endoscope to the distal end of the over-tube. When engaging the tool with the distal end of the over-tube, a resilient strip or a balloon can be used. When supporting the over-tube outside the body cavity, at least two holders can be used.

    摘要: An endoscopic treatment system is designed to suture or resect a lesion while ensuring the ease of insertion into a deep region in the large intestine. The endoscopic treatment system comprises an endoscope and a therapeutic instruments insertion aid into which the endoscope is inserted. The endoscopic treatment system further comprises: a pair of clamp forceps that clamps and lifts a living-body tissue; a lateral hole formed in the therapeutic instruments insertion aid and used to control the position of the living-body tissue clamped and lifted by the pair of clamp forceps or to control the lifting thereof; a ligature used to ligate the living-body tissue whose position or lifting is controlled by the lateral hole; and a cutter used to resect the living-body tissue at a position between a region ligated with the ligature and a region clamped and lifted with the pair of clamp forceps.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to an endoscopic surgery apparatus for performing treating operation in a body cavity of a patient with the use of treating tools in combination with an endoscope, in which insertion sections allowing the insertion of treating tools are externally arranged in a side-by-side fashion with an insertion section of the endoscope set between these insertion sections and a balloon is provided near a distal end of the insertion section of the endoscope to adjust a relative distance between the insertion sections relative to the insertion section of the endoscope. The balloon is provided on the insertion section of the endoscope and, when the endoscope and treating tools are introduced into the body cavity of the patient, it is possible to easily and properly lead the endoscope and treating tools to a region of interest of the patient.
