    摘要: In an endoscope therapeutic device having a plurality of introduction guide tubes for introducing a treatment tool into a body cavity, the introduction guide tubes are mutually joined at a position more proximal than bending portions thereof. Accordingly, the effects caused by the movement of the plurality of the introduction guide tubes are mutually invalidated at a joint portion as a fulcrum, so that the position of the introduction guide tube is relatively stabilized in the body cavity. As joining methods, there are integration, usage of a joint tool, and usage of an over tube. The operability is improved when the introduction guide tube is provided at the distal end thereof with a mechanism for retaining and/or rotating a distal end of a treatment tool inserted therethrough.

    摘要: An endoscopic treatment system is designed to suture or resect a lesion while ensuring the ease of insertion into a deep region in the large intestine. The endoscopic treatment system comprises an endoscope and a therapeutic instruments insertion aid into which the endoscope is inserted. The endoscopic treatment system further comprises: a pair of clamp forceps that clamps and lifts a living-body tissue; a lateral hole formed in the therapeutic instruments insertion aid and used to control the position of the living-body tissue clamped and lifted by the pair of clamp forceps or to control the lifting thereof; a ligature used to ligate the living-body tissue whose position or lifting is controlled by the lateral hole; and a cutter used to resect the living-body tissue at a position between a region ligated with the ligature and a region clamped and lifted with the pair of clamp forceps.

With this apparatus, the therapeutic tool can be observed in an optimal observing state irrespective of whether the area to be observed is located near or far from a distal end of the endoscope.

    摘要: In a medical system including an over-tube for inserting a tool, the medical system includes a restraining mechanism for restraining at least one of a relative movement between the tool to be inserted through the over-tube and the over-tube and a relative movement between the over-tube and the body cavity. The restraining mechanism includes a mechanism for engaging the tool with the distal end of the over-tube, a mechanism for supporting the over-tube outside the body cavity, and a mechanism for connecting the endoscope to the distal end of the over-tube. When engaging the tool with the distal end of the over-tube, a resilient strip or a balloon can be used. When supporting the over-tube outside the body cavity, at least two holders can be used.
