A refill adapter for a travel toothpaste tube is provided as an adapter which has one end to be engaged with a large-capacity toothpaste tube and the other end to be engaged with a travel toothpaste tube. The refill equipment is integrated with a cap for the travel toothpaste in order to be carried together with the cap as one body. The cap for the travel toothpaste tube includes a refill adapter, which is configured to be a hollow tube and have one end to be engaged with a nozzle of a large-capacity toothpaste tube and the other end to be engaged with a nozzle of the travel toothpaste tube, and an upper cap configured to be detachably engaged with the one end of the refill adapter.

The invention relates to detection and/or monitoring of inflammatory neuropathy using markers that specifically indicate the presence of inflammatory neuropathy, for example, allograft inflammatory factor 1 (AIF1), lymphatic hyaluronan receptor (LYVE-1), FYN binding protein (FYB), myeloid/lymphoid or mixed-lineage leukemia, translocated to, 3 (MLLT3), purinergic receptor P2Y, G-protein coupled, 1 (P2RY1) or a combination thereof. According to the invention, skin biopsies can be used for assessing the expression of these markers.

A hot melt glue gun includes a barrel, an inner tube, and an outer tube. A glue stick is guided through the barrel. The inner tube includes an end mounted around an open end of the barrel. The inner tube is made of tackfree silicon rubber and includes an inner periphery that is in contact with a circumference of the glue stick passing therethrough. The outer tube is made of Teflon and securely mounted around the inner tube and the open end of the barrel. The outer tube includes an inner diameter greater than that of the inner tube such that the circumference of the glue stick is not in contact with an inner periphery of the outer tube, preventing the glue stick from being adhered to the inner periphery of the outer tube.

A concealed adjustable temperature switch is electrically connected to a heating member. The concealed adjustable temperature switch includes a fixed plate with a screw hole, an adjusting block having an outer threading threadedly engaged with the screw hole of the fixed plate, a bimetal plate that has different bending extents at different temperatures, and a metal plate. A positioning ring is securely mounted on the adjusting block to turn therewith. Two spaced stops are provided to stop a projection of the positioning ring, thereby limiting turning of the adjusting block.
