Compositions and methods are provided for potent mRNA vaccines for treatment of cancers with a mutation in the ras gene family. The compositions include a pharmaceutical composition comprising, or consisting essentially of, or yet further comprising mRNA molecules encoding at least one of multiple peptides of a group of somatic mutants and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Methods for stimulating system immune responses and treatment are provided, including intratumoral, intravenous, intramuscular, intradermal, or subcutaneous injection of the composition as disclosed herein.

This invention describes a series of recombinant Thermoanaerobacterium saccharolyticum glucose isomerases having improved catalytic activity and thermostability. The recombinant glucose isomerases can be used for direct production of fructose syrup containing 55 wt % or higher concentration of fructose, or used for the production of fructose syrup containing less than 55 wt % fructose.

This invention provides a series of recombinant Thermoanaerobacterium saccharolyticum glucose isomerases with improved catalytic activity and thermostability obtained by using recombinant techniques. These recombinant glucose isomerases comprise amino acid variation including phenylalanine Phe) at position 139, alanine (Ala) at position 182, serine (Ser) at position 187, and glutamine (Gln) at position 299, and carry at least one additional mutated amino acid at position 87, position 217, position 260 or position 276, and possess a higher catalytic activity than that of the wild-type when using D-glucose as substrate. These recombinant glucose isomerases can be used for direct production of high fructose corn syrup containing 55.% [wt] or higher concentration of fructose.

A mini-size universal hydraulic excavator capable of performing independently many operating processes, such as digging, pushing, grabbing, drilling and chipping, having essentially three main sections, namely, a chassis carrying traveling device pivotally connected with an earth-moving means, a complete swivel upper carriage provided with a power generator and a driver's seat, and an excavating arm having a boom, a bucket arm, and a bucket. A hydraulic chipper can be connected to the main machine without the necessity of removal of the bucket and the earth-moving means, so that chipping and site clearing can be carried on simultaneously solely by one single machine. A backhoe bucket carrying a scraper employs a multi-bar linkage mechanism having a bucket body, a scraper, and a bucket arm so that the bucket can have sufficient bucket capacity in a relatively greater excavating revolving angle range. Specially-set accessory operating equipment oil lines are used to drive all the hydraulic operation equipments except the bucket.

A process for treating a well with well treatment agent includes disposing a hydraulic fracturing composition comprising the well treatment agent in a well. The well treatment agent can be a scale inhibitor, tracer, pH buffering agent, or a combination thereof.
