摘要: A method to control a hybrid powertrain (2) in a vehicle, the powertrain including a combustion engine (3), an electric machine (4) and a gearbox (6) with an input shaft (10) and output shaft (18), wherein the combustion engine (3) and the electric machine (4) are connected to the input shaft (10). The method includes the steps of controlling the gearbox (6) to a neutral position; controlling the speed of the electric machine (4) to a predetermined speed, corresponding to a target speed for the input shaft (10) according to the next selected gear; engaging a gear in the gearbox (6); controlling the electric machine (4), so that the electric machine (4) accelerates or decelerates depending on a requested driving torque for the vehicle (1); detecting when a control signal for the electric machine (4) corresponds to a predetermined signal value; and controlling the electric machine (4) to the requested driving torque. Also, a hybrid powertrain and a vehicle (1), and a computer program (P) and a computer program product for performing the method are disclosed.

The electronic control unit is configured to perform control such that the inverter regeneratively drives the motor, when the electrical system temperature is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature, set an amount of change of a gear ratio to a down-shift side based on an electrical system temperature and regenerative torque of the motor, and set target gear ratio such that the gear ratio changes to the down-shift side by the amount of change.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for operating a driveline of a hybrid vehicle powertrain, where the driveline includes an electric machine downstream of a dual clutch transmission, which is downstream of an engine. In one example, a method comprises communicating from a transmission, a torque to accelerate transmission components from a first speed to a second speed with first and second clutches of a dual transmission open, the communicating performed while an electric machine coupled to the dual clutch transmission at a location downstream of the dual clutch transmission is providing torque to propel a vehicle. In this way, wheel speed may remain substantially constant while the transmission is shifted and the engine is stopped.

The control system includes a drivetrain, a braking system, and a plurality of traction devices configured to accelerate and decelerate the vehicle based on input from the drivetrain and braking system. The control system further includes the acceleration pedal and brake pedal configured to be operated by a driver. The control system also includes a controller and one or more sensors. The controller is electronically connected to the drivetrain, the braking system, the acceleration pedal, the brake pedal, and the one or more sensors. The controller is configured to store a target speed and adjust the target speed based on input from the acceleration pedal, the brake pedal, and the one or more sensors.

摘要: An integrated control method of a motor for a vehicle includes detecting an output torque value of a drive motor and an output torque value of a ventilation system compressor motor by a controller when a vehicle start and a ventilation system are turned on, determining whether an error is occurred in the drive motor and the compressor motor as an output torque value of the drive motor and an output torque value of the ventilation system compressor motor are respectively compared with a drive motor torque reference value and a compressor motor torque reference value which are predetermined by the controller, and adjusting output torque values of the drive motor or the compressor motor depending on a result of determining whether an error is occurred in the drive motor and the compressor motor by the controller.

摘要: Provided is a method of controlling a hybrid electric vehicle capable of improving acceleration response upon kick-down. The method includes calculating a rising gradient of a motor speed increasing during kick-down shift based on a present speed of a motor for driving the vehicle which is detected at a control unit in real time, upon detection of demand of kick-down shift due to acceleration operation of a driver, calculating a falling gradient of intervention torque based on the rising gradient of the motor speed at the control unit, determining an entry point of intervention control based on the present speed of the motor detected at the control unit in real time, and performing torque intervention control for controlling driving of the motor in order to output intervention torque, namely, motor torque decreased based on the falling gradient of intervention torque calculated from the determined entry point at the control unit.
