摘要: A system for driving a microelectromechanical system (MEMS) oscillating structure includes a phase error detector configured to generate a phase error signal based on measured event times and expected event times of the MEMS oscillating structure oscillating about a rotation axis; a disturbance event detector configured to detect a disturbance event based on the phase error signal and a disturbance threshold value; and a phase frequency detector (PFD) and correction circuit configured to, in response to the detected disturbance event, monitor for a plurality of measured crossing events of the MEMS oscillating structure oscillating about the rotation axis, generate a first compensation signal based on at least a first measured crossing event and a second measured crossing event to correct a frequency of the MEMS oscillating structure, and generate a second compensation signal based on a third measured crossing event to correct a phase of the MEMS oscillating structure.

摘要: A system comprises an optical heterodyne device, the optical heterodyne device configured to generate an overlap signal based upon: 1) a first optical signal output by a frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) laser, wherein the first optical signal comprises an optical frequency chirp that is based upon an input voltage signal received by the FMCW laser; and 2) a second optical signal output by a reference laser. The system also includes a photodetector that is optically coupled to the optical heterodyne device, the photodetector configured to output an electrical beat signal based upon the mixing of the optical signals, wherein the electrical beat signal is representative of the mixed down optical signal. The system further includes a frequency analyzer system that generates, based upon the electrical beat signal, data that is indicative of linearity of the optical frequency chirp in the first optical signal.

摘要: Blooming in a lidar measurement is recognized using a distance from a lidar reflection point determined in an active measurement and a passive measurement. A first distance value is determined in the active measurement, based on a signal duration of a laser pulse, and a second distance value is determined in the passive measurement, based on a triangulation of two-dimensional intensity measurements carried out from different measuring positions. Blooming is identified when the second distance value exceeds the first distance value by a pre-determined amount.

摘要: A system for measuring a length of a work piece including a leveling fixture disposed at a first end of the work piece and a range target disposed at a second end. The leveling fixture includes a precision stop abutting against the first end and range finders configured to be substantially aligned with the first end. The range target includes a target stop abutting against the second end and a vertical portion substantially aligned with the second end when the target stop abuts the second end. The range finders are each configured to take measurements between the range finders and the vertical portion of the range target so as to provide a measurement of the length of the work piece.

摘要: An active sensor for performing active measurements of a scene is presented. The active sensor includes at least one transmitter configured to emit light pulses toward at least one target object in the scene, wherein the at least one target object is recognized in an image acquired by a passive sensor; at least one receiver configured to detect light pulses reflected from the at least one target object; a controller configured to control an energy level, a direction, and a timing of each light pulse emitted by the transmitter, wherein the controller is further configured to control at least the direction for detecting each of the reflected light pulses; and a distance measurement circuit configured to measure a distance to each of the at least one target object based on the emitted light pulses and the detected light pulses.

摘要: A lens assembly for display includes a display, a lens assembly, and a prism assembly. The display emits a first light beam. The prism assembly includes a first, second prisms, and an optical multilayer film, wherein the first prism includes a first, second, and third surfaces; the second prism includes a fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth surfaces; and the optical multilayer film is disposed between the third and fifth surfaces. A second light beam enters the first prism through the first surface and exits by the second surface. The first light beam exits the lens assembly and enters the second prism through the eighth surface, and exits the first prism by the second surface. The lens assembly and the prism assembly satisfy: 0.80%≤E1/E0≤0.95%; wherein E0 is an energy of the first light beam emitted from the display and E1 is an energy of the first light beam passes through the lens assembly.
