摘要: Means for solving the problemsThe thermoplastic resin composition (X1) of the present invention comprises (A1), (B1), (C1), and optionally (D1) below: 1 to 90 wt % of an isotactic polypropylene (A1); 9 to 98 wt % of a propylene/ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (B1) containing 45 to 89 mol % of propylene-derived structural units, 10 to 25 mol % of ethylene-derived structural units, and optionally, 0 to 30 mol % of C4-C20 α-olefin-derived structural units (a1); 1 to 80 wt % of a styrene-based elastomer (C1); and 0 to 70 wt % of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (D1) whose density is in the range of 0.850 to 0.910 g/cm3, wherein (A1)+(B1)+(C1)+(D1)=100 wt %.

摘要: The present disclosure generally relates to low density compositions useful for making automotive components, such as molded parts, as well as other articles of manufacture; such compositions comprise (a) a polyolefin comprising polypropylene, a propylene-ethylene block copolymer, or combinations thereof, wherein the polyolefin blend is present in an amount ranging from about 53 wt. % to about 65 wt. %, based on a total weight of the composition; (b) a first elastomer, a second elastomer, and an impact-modifying compatibilizer, wherein the combined weight percent of components (b) ranges from about 27 wt. % to about 32 wt. %, based on the total weight of the composition; (c) a filler present in an amount ranging from about 5 wt. % to about 12 wt. %, based on the total weight of the composition; and (d) an additive package present in an amount ranging from about 0.5 wt. % to about 5 wt. %.

摘要: An absorbent article of the present invention may comprise a topsheet, an outer cover, and an absorbent core disposed therebetween. The outer cover may comprise an extrusion bonded laminate. The EBL may comprise a multi-layer coextruded elastomeric film and a nonwoven. The film may comprise a core layer, a first outer layer, and a second outer layer, wherein the core layer is between the first and second outer layers. The nonwoven may comprise fibers and/or filaments. The first outer layer may be non-adhesively joined to the nonwoven via extrusion coating. Further, the outer cover may be elastic to at least about 50% engineering strain. The nonwoven may have high chemical affinity for the first outer layer. The first outer layer may have a low chemical affinity for the core layer. And, the first outer layer may comprise an amount of draw down polymer greater than about 45 wt %.

摘要: The present invention is a resin composition comprising a cycloolefin resin and at least two hydrogenated styrene-based thermoplastic elastomers, wherein a content of the cycloolefin resin is 50 to 90 wt % based on a total amount of the cycloolefin resin and the hydrogenated styrene-based thermoplastic elastomers, and a melt volume rate of the resin composition at 260° C. is higher than that of the cycloolefin resin at 260° C., and a resin formed article. One aspect of the invention provides a resin composition that exhibits excellent transparency, impact resistance and melt fluidity, as well as a resin formed article obtained by forming this resin composition. The resin formed article of the present invention is preferably used as a drug container, a medical instrument or the like, since it exhibits excellent transparency and impact resistance.

摘要: A thermoplastic elastomer compound includes styrenic block copolymer that is high vinyl styrene-(ethylene/butylene)-styrene block copolymer and high softening point tackifier. The high vinyl styrene-(ethylene/butylene)-styrene block copolymer has a Copolymer Tan Delta Peak Temperature and the thermoplastic elastomer compound has a Compound Tan Delta Peak Temperature. The Compound Tan Delta Peak Temperature is greater than the Copolymer Tan Delta Peak Temperature. The thermoplastic elastomer compound exhibits useful damping properties at or above room temperature while also advantageously possessing improved stability for processing and/or applications at high temperatures and upon exposure to weathering.

摘要: Compositions comprising (i) a hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer, (ii) an oil, and (iii) optional additives are described herein. Compositions include but are not limited to cable fillings. The styrenic block copolymer having peak molecular weight of from about 125 to about 300 kg/mol, an oil and optional additives are described herein. The block copolymer includes a B block having vinyl content of from about 35% to about 49% and an S block having a polystyrene content of from about 28% to about 40%. The compositions may form a gel having a thixotropic ratio at 25° C. of from about 5 to about 10 and further characterized by specific low, middle and high shear rate viscosities at 25° C. and shear rates of 6 s−1, 50 s−1 and 200 s−1 of from 10,000 cps to 750,000 cps, 1,000 cps to 100,000 cps and 1,000 cps to 6,000 cps, respectively; a drop point from 100° C. to 250° C.; and a cone penetration at 25° C. of from 300 dmm to 685 dmm.

摘要: A resin composition for a PCB includes a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer in an amount from 95 to 100 parts by weight, a modified porous spheres of silicon oxide in an amount from 1 to 50 parts by weight, and a liquid polybutadiene in an amount from 5 to 50 parts by weight. The styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer and the liquid polybutadiene both include vinyl groups on the molecular side chains. The modified porous spheres of silicon oxide also include vinyl groups. An adhesive film and a circuit board using the resin composition are also provided.

A resin additive composition is obtained by mixing 100 parts by mass of a styrene-based elastomer (A) with 50 to 250 parts by mass of a compound (B) having a melting point of 100° C. or lower.

摘要: Provided is a thermoplastic elastomer composition which exhibits excellent flexibility in a wide temperature range from ordinary temperature to low temperature, which has a flame retardancy of V-0 according to the UL94 vertical burning test, without including any halogen-based flame retardant, which is excellent in thermal conductivity, electrical insulation and electrolytic solution resistance, and which can be suitably used in a soft battery pack protection member. The present invention provides a thermoplastic elastomer composition for a battery pack protection member, including 100 parts by mass of a resin composition including (a) 20 to 80% by mass of a hydrogenated product of a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound, and (b) 80 to 20% by mass of a softening material for non-aromatic rubber, in which the total of the component (a) and the component (b) is 100% by mass; (c) 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of a modified resin; and (d) 250 to 400 parts by mass of magnesium hydroxide.
