    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition in which processability, an abrasion resistance and a rolling resistance can be consistent well in a tire to a high degree, and parts and members for the tire. Also, an object of the present invention is to inhibit a shrink of the rubber composition.In the present invention, the rubber composition is blended with 90 to 130 parts by weight of carbon black having a large particle diameter based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, and a glycerin fatty acid ester composition, whereby the carbon black having a large particle diameter is improved in dispersibility in the rubber composition. This allows the unvulcanized rubber composition to be enhanced in a processability by reducing a viscosity thereof, and the rubber composition for a tire which is improved in an abrasion resistance, rolling resistance and a processability, and a tire produced by using the above rubber composition are provided.

    摘要: A flattening film forming composition for a hard disk that can prevent a magnetic material from migrating to the nonmagnetic layer, including a photopolymerizable coating material containing at least one polymer selected from a homopolymer that has a divinyl aromatic compound-derived unit structure and a copolymer having the unit structure or containing a mixture of the polymer and a photopolymerizable compound. The photopolymerizable compound may include an acrylate group, a methacrylate group, or a vinyl group. The polymer may be a copolymer further containing an addition polymerizable compound as a component to be copolymerized. A method for producing a hard disk, including: a first step of forming projections and recesses on a magnetic body; a second step of coating the projections and recesses with the flattening film forming composition; and a third step of flattening the coating by means of etching and exposing a surface of the magnetic body.

    摘要: A rubber composition capable of improving all of processability, abrasion resistance, rolling resistance property and wet skid performance and a pneumatic tire using the same are provided. A rubber composition comprising 25 to 100 parts by weight of a surface-treated silica based on 100 parts by weight of a rubber component comprising a natural rubber and/or a diene synthetic rubber, the surface-treated silica being obtainable by mixing a silica and a sulfur-containing organic silicon compound represented by the general formula (1): or the general formula (2): in an amount of 1 to 20 parts by weight of the sulfur-containing organic silicon compound on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the silica under a temperature of 130° to 180° C.
