摘要: This invention relates to adhesive compositions comprising a polyester polyol that includes residues of at least one 2, 2, 4, 4-tetraalkylcyclobutane-1, 3-diol, including, for example, 2, 2, 4, 4-tetramethylcyclobutane-1, 3-diol (TMCD). Adhesive compositions as described herein exhibit enhanced properties as compared to conventional adhesive compositions, and may be suitable for a wide variety of end use applications, including, flexible packaging, woodworking, automotive uses, and electronics.

摘要: A method of forming a three-dimensional decorative cloth on a textile comprising steps of: providing a release paper, coating corrosion-resistant adhesive on the release paper in a screen printing manner, drying the corrosion-resistant adhesive; providing a decorative cloth, adhering the corrosion-resistant adhesive of the release paper on the decorative cloth in a heat transfer printing manner; providing a textile, forming an anticorrosive protection layer on the textile, removing the release paper from the decorative cloth, adhering the corrosion-resistant adhesive of the decorative cloth with the anticorrosive protection layer of the textile in a heat pressing manner; forming a corrosion layer on the decorative cloth in a screen printing manner so as to corrode the decorative cloth; washing the textile by water so to eliminate the corrosion layer, and washing the textile by soap so as to remove corroded portion of the decorative cloth.

摘要: The present invention provides a novel sewing-free hot melt adhesive TPU leather and a preparation method thereof. The hot melt adhesive TPU leather comprises a release paper, a hot melt adhesive film, and a TPU film. The release paper comprises a bottom paper layer, an adhesive layer, a plastic layer, a transition layer, and a release layer; a hot melt adhesive raw material comprises polyester polyol, diisocyanate, polyether polyol, and a plurality of additives; and a TPU raw material comprises polymer polyol, 1,4-cyclohexane-diisocyanate, a chain extender, and a plurality of functional additives. According to the present invention, innovations are conducted on raw material components of the release paper, the hot melt adhesive, and the TPU film, and extrusion shaping is conducted by utilizing the hot melt adhesive with strong plasticity and the TPU thin film; and the prepared sewing-free TPU leather has the technical advantages of firm adhesion, durability, environmentally-friendly materials, no invisible harm to human body, and the like.

摘要: A double-sided adhesive tape having a first outer impact-adhesive side and a second outer side that can be heat activated, comprising an at least two-layer product structure comprising the layers A and B. Layer A is an impact-adhesive layer chemically cross-linked by means of thermal initiation or an impact-adhesive carrier layer chemically cross-linked by means of thermal initiation. Layer B is a layer on the basis of a thermoplastic plastic. Layer A and layer B are in direct contact with each other, and the surface of layer B that is in direct contact with layer A has been corona- or plasma-pretreated. The double-sided adhesive tape is characterized in that the corona or plasma pretreatment is performed in an atmosphere comprising nitrogen, carbon dioxide, or a noble gas or a mixture of at least two of said gases.

摘要: The present invention relates to a polylactic acid resin composition which has a low glass transition temperature, fusion temperature, and enthalpy of fusion, can be crystallized under commercially meaningful processing conditions, has good film processability such as extrusion properties, has excellent storage stability, and is highly biodegradable. The polylactic acid resin composition comprises a block copolymer comprising a hard segment and a soft segment, the hard segment comprising polylactic acid repeat units, and the soft segment comprising polyurethane polyol repeat units which have polyether-based polyol repeat units linearly connected via a urethane bond, wherein the soft segment is contained by 5% to 35% by weight based on the weight of the block copolymer, and the polylactic acid repeat units include poly(L-lactic acid) repeat units and poly(D-lactic acid) repeat units by a molar ratio of 94:6 to 88:12.

The present invention provides a moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt resin composition containing a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group, the urethane prepolymer being produced through a reaction of a polyol (A) with a polyisocyanate (B), wherein the polyol (A) contains a polyether polyol (A-1), a crystalline polyester polyol (A-2), an amorphous polyester polyol (A-3), and an acrylic polyol (A-4). The present invention also provides an adhesive containing such a composition and an article in which such a composition is used.
