[Solution]
A curable resin composition is prepared by combining a polyamide-based resin (A) having an amino group, a blocked polyisocyanate (B), and an epoxy compound (C). The polyamide-based resin (A) contains a polyamide-based resin (A1) having a melting point of 170° C. or higher and a polyamide-based resin (A2) having a melting point of 150° C. or lower. The mass ratio of the polyamide-based resin (A1) and the polyamide-based resin (A2) is, in the form of the former/the latter, from 65/35 to 35/65.-

摘要: A multi-phasic polymer blend for energy activated edge banding adhesion to a substrate is described. While the blend may be used for adhering edge banding to straight substrates, the blend is preferred for adhering edge banding to contoured substrates. The outer, hard, structural layer of the edge banding is formed from a polypropylene component. The polypropylene component at least includes polypropylene and an optional energy adsorber. The inner adhesion layer of the edge banding is formed from a multi-phasic polymer blend that bonds the outer layer of the edge banding to the substrate. The multi-phasic polymer blend at least includes a polyamide component, a polyolefin component, and a modified polypropylene component. Both the outer and inner layers forming the edge banding may be tinted to conform or contrast with the color of the finished substrate.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a battery cell stack according to exemplary embodiments of the present invention includes an application step of spraying an adhesive resin composition on one surface of a battery cell in one direction by a plurality of nozzles, wherein the nozzles are disposed in a direction different from the one direction, and at least two nozzles of the plurality of nozzles apply the adhesive resin composition in amounts different from each other. Thereby, the adhesive resin composition is applied to one surface of a non-flat battery cell, and the application amount is controlled according to portions to be applied, so that the one surface may bring into contact with another surface of another battery cell adhered thereon over an entire area in which the adhesive resin composition is applied.

摘要: Provided is an OLED device that includes an adhesive film having a network and a method for fabricating the same.The OLED device includes: a protective layer covering an organic light-emitting element on a substrate; a metal layer on the protective layer; and an adhesive film between the metal layer and the protective layer to attach the metal layer to the protective layer. The adhesive film includes a first adhesive layer composed of first polymers having a network structure, and a second adhesive layer composed of second polymers having a network structure and moisture absorbent. The network structure of the first polymers is bonded with the network structure of the second polymers at an interface between the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer.

摘要: The invention concerns a linerless self-adhesive material obtained starting from a self-adhesive material with a liner, by means of a process that comprises the delamination of the liner from a self-adhesive layer, activation of the liner or self-adhesive layer, transferral of the liner over the self-adhesive layer and re-lamination of the two components so as to produce the linerless self-adhesive material. The liner or the self-adhesive layer is coated with a thermo-adhesive that allows for permanent lamination of the liner located on the self-adhesive layer.

Specifically, provided is a slide fastener reinforcement tape formed by laminating an adhesive layer on the back surface of a transparent elastomer film, wherein the slide fastener reinforcement tape is characterized in that the adhesive layer is a polyester-based hot-melt adhesive, a two-part type curable adhesive or a polyamide-based hot-melt adhesive, and the melting point of the adhesive layer is higher than 120° C. and no more than 160° C. and the melt viscosity at 200° C. is higher than 2000 poise and no more than 5500 poise.
