    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and system for determining participants for a conference call where the participants may be selected based on similar attributes as well as the descriptions of the conference call. Additionally, the conference call may be split into smaller breakout sessions, further separating the participants based on various attributes. Further, the conference call participants may be shuffled thereby creating different breakout sessions with different participants with like attributes. The conference call including the selected participants is initiated.

    摘要: Apparatuses and methods concerning routing of calls in an IPBX server are disclosed. A first processing circuit is communicatively coupled to an IPBX server that routes VoIP calls for a plurality of end-users having respective VoIP-enabled devices and generates call event messages for the routed calls. The first processing circuit generates call summary metrics from the call event messages. A second processing circuit evaluates the call summary metrics to identify a set of incoming calls to the IPBX that were missed and have not been returned by the end-users. The second processing circuit cross-correlates the identified set of incoming calls with a secondary data source to determine a respective priorities for the set of incoming calls. The second processing circuit stores data indicating calls of the identified set have a higher priority.

    摘要: A method for personalizing communication services includes setting a series of selectable options as a default for a system that provides personalized communication services. When a communication from an initiating party is received, a computer of the system automatically determines, based on environmental data provided for the communication independent of information provided by the initiating party during the communication, predictive information that predicts potential objectives potentially sought by the initiating party in initiating the communication. Probabilities are assigned, based on the predictive information, that selectable options will address the potential objectives. The default series of selectable options are dynamically updated based on the assigned probabilities. Communications with the initiating party are in accordance with a script that includes the dynamically updated series of selectable options.

    摘要: A blacklist of known harassing or non-legitimate emergency calls is maintained. An incoming emergency call is checked against emergency call records to determine if multiple emergency calls have been made recently, from the same general location, and destined to the same PSAP. Feedback is provided regarding the number of recent calls made and the possibility of a false positive, based on call history from known handsets in the area, including the possibility of a phone with a known MEID/ESN, when powered up, receiving the same 911-xxx-xxxx. Blacklisting may be approved or not based on the feedback. A telephone number or MIN may be placed on a “blacklist” with a ‘timer’. Subsequent calls to that phone number will be assigned a different SIP URI (a unique URI per destination determined prior to lookup on the blacklist) and be directed elsewhere. The call may be completed to an administrative line.
