Abstract:
A system for flexible and scalable automated end-to-end chat-based contact center testing, having a test case management platform, a chat cruncher, a contact center manager, a chat classifier, a desktop automation engine, and headless browser-based virtual agents and customers. The test case management platform allows a user to configure operation of the system. The chat cruncher operates a plurality of virtual customers. The contact center manager operates a plurality of virtual agents to participate in chat session with virtual customers.
Abstract:
A system for automated contact center agent thick client workstation testing. The invention uses a workstation test execution manager. The workstation test execution manager acts as the interface between the client interaction software systems testing system and analyst controlled test device, executes an extensive set of robust test directive commands with underlying routines to be used to specify test conditions without the use of programming ability on the part of the analyst, uses a robust set of report item and format choice designators to allow easy selection of a range of report content and styles.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method of registering a communication client at a communication server, wherein the communication client is associated to a mobile terminal and wherein the communication server is associated to a mobile switching node of a circuit switched network, the method comprises the steps of: initiation a connection between the communication server and the communication client, sending identification information to the communication server by the communication client via the connection, interrogating an authentication module of the mobile switching node to perform a user authentication by the communication server, fetching subscriber information from a database by the communication server, and sending subscriber information to the communication client via the connection.
Abstract:
A system, apparatus, graphical user interface and methods are provided for conducting electronic voice communications with status notifications. A user of a first portable device executing a communication application selects a multi-function control that automatically initiates an audio recording, which is automatically sent toward another participant of an active communication session when the control is released. The same multi-function control may be used to transmit a textual message. A representation of the recording is displayed on the user's device, with an indicator that changes appearance when the other participant plays the recording. In addition, when one user initiates an audio recording that will be automatically sent to another user, the other user's device is advised of the initiation of recording and displays that status for the other user.
Abstract:
The customer experience is enhanced by detecting leakage-to-voice from chats and providing recommendations to operations, chat agents, and customers. A chat is classified into leakage-to-voice or leakage-to-text chat and actionable recommendations are then provided to operations, chat agents, and customers based on the leakage information. Once leakage is identified, various other insights are extracted from chats and such insights are fed into the knowledge-base. Such insights also used in agent training and are provided to chat agents as recommendations. This results in a better customer experience.
Abstract:
Apparatuses and methods concerning routing of calls in an IPBX server are disclosed. A first processing circuit is communicatively coupled to an IPBX server that routes VoIP calls for a plurality of end-users having respective VoIP-enabled devices and generates call event messages for the routed calls. The first processing circuit generates call summary metrics from the call event messages. A second processing circuit evaluates the call summary metrics to identify a set of incoming calls to the IPBX that were missed and have not been returned by the end-users. The second processing circuit cross-correlates the identified set of incoming calls with a secondary data source to determine a respective priorities for the set of incoming calls. The second processing circuit stores data indicating calls of the identified set have a higher priority.

Abstract:
A method for configuring service settings for a mobile subscriber in a mobile communication network wherein the mobile subscriber is associated with a first instant communication client which is adapted to communicate via an instant messaging protocol with an instant communication server, and wherein the instant communication server is associated to a mobile switching center of the mobile communication network. The method includes: sending, by the first instant communication client, an instant service command via the instant communication server to a second instant communication client, associated with the mobile switching center; converting, by the mobile switching center, the instant service command into a service setting message; and sending the service setting message to a user database to modify service settings for the mobile subscriber.
Abstract:
Methods and systems are disclosed for managing the communications and information resources of a user. Identity information relating to the user is received. The user's preference for withholding an incoming communication is obtained. An entry is created in a message log for the withheld communication. The user is not notified of receipt of the withheld communication, yet receipt of the withheld communication is logged in the message log.
