    摘要: Certain aspects of the disclosure are directed to monitoring user-data communications corresponding to a user-generated message. According to a specific example, user-data communications, which are addressed to a client among a plurality of remotely-situated client entities, are directed to a message recording system. Each of the plurality of remotely-situated client entities are respectively configured and arranged to interface with a data communications server providing data communications services on a subscription basis. During recording of a message associated with the user-data communications and on the message recording system, speech characteristic parameters of the message may be analyzed, and a sentiment score and a criticality score for the message, may be determined. During the recording of the message, the user-data communications may be routed based on the determined sentiment score and criticality score.

    摘要: Systems and methods for selectively routing an unanswered communication session to a voicemail system based at least on a voicemail system identifier (FQDN) mapped to a voicemail pilot number (present within the voicemail routing profile) are described herein. The system generates the voicemail routing profile in response to a provisioning request that identifies one or more messaging services, including a voicemail service, that are to be provided to a user profile. The voicemail profile is stored within a database that is accessed to obtain the voicemail routing profile when a user device registers with a communication network and is associated with the user profile. The system utilizes internal lookup tables and repository functions to identify the voicemail system associated with the user profile and the voicemail routing profile in response to a communication session being unanswered. The system can route the communication session to the voicemail system based at least on the voicemail system identifier mapped to the voicemail pilot number present within the voicemail routing profile.

    摘要: A method for establishing a telephone communication between a first terminal and a second terminal. The first and second terminals each have a main caller identifier, and the second terminal additionally has a secondary caller identifier. This method is implemented when the user of the first terminal seeks to communicate with the user of the second terminal by using the secondary caller identifier of the second terminal. The method allows redirecting the telephone call of the first terminal to a voicemail system associated with the secondary caller identifier when the user of the second terminal does not answer this telephone call. Finally, the user is presented with a prompt to facilitate undertaking the action using the at least one the parameter. For example, the user may be given the option to set a reminder to call John the following morning at 9 am.

Instructions, stored in computer readable memory, are configured to: cause a first user interface to be displayed to the first user via which the first user can request a meal suggestion; retrieve preference information for the first user from computer readable memory; retrieve information read from at least a first item tag; and provide a meal suggestion based at least in part on preference information for the first user and item tag information.
