摘要: A system for delivering an implant including a handle, a trigger, and an actuation assembly. The actuation assembly can include a planet carrier, at least one planet gear operatively coupled to the planet carrier, a sun gear shaft operatively engaged with the planet gear, a ring gear operatively engaged with the planet gear, a first clutch driver, and a second clutch driver. The actuation assembly can be configured to displace the outer tubular member in the proximal direction a distance (d) relative to the handle and to separately move the inner shaft member distally a distance (x) relative to the handle upon deployment of the trigger from a first position to a second position, and move the inner shaft member proximally a distance (y) relative to the handle with no displacement of the outer tubular member upon return of the trigger from the second position to the first position.

摘要: Provided is an operation handle capable of shortening an entire length and enhancing operability. The slide mechanism (S) comprises a rotating body (4) that rotates in conjunction with a rotation of the thumbwheel (3) as the rotating wheel and a slide body (5) that engages with the rotating body (4), slides. The slide body (5) is configured by a 1st divided body (6) formed with a 1st engaging part (6A) engaged with the rotating body (4) in the initial state, and a 2nd divided body (7) formed with a 2nd engaging part (7A) engaged with the rotating body (4) in the initial state and not engaged with the rotating body (4) in the position where the rotating body (4) and the 1st engaging part (6A) is not engaged with each other. A power transmitting means (T) that transmits a driving force of the 1st divided body (6) to the 2nd divided body (7), to integrally slide the 1st divided body (6) and the 2nd divided body (7), is provided. When the engagement between the rotating body (4) and the 1st engaging part (6A) is not engaged and the 1st divided body (6) is stopped, the rotating body (4) is engaged with the 2nd engaging part (7A) and the 2nd divided body (7) slides to the proximal side (A).

摘要: In an operating unit constituting a stent delivery system, a protector for preventing an inner tube body from deforming is provided between a rack member and a containing groove guiding the rack member (so as to be movable. The protector, for example is a bellows shaped cylinder so as to be freely extendable and covers an outer circumferential side of the inner tube body. At the time of releasing a stent, the protector is compressed due to the movement of the rack member toward the proximal side and the inner tube body is prevented from deforming due to the protector, because an inner circumferential surface of the protector comes into contact with the inner tube body.

摘要: Prosthetic heart valve devices, heart valve replacement systems and associated methods for percutaneous heart valve replacement are disclosed herein. A transcatheter heart valve prosthesis configured in accordance herewith includes an expandable frame having a plurality of commissure posts extending therefrom, a radially expandable inflow member attached to the plurality of commissure posts, and a locking mechanism operably coupled to a wire. The wire is at least partially slideably disposed within a channel formed in a wall of the inflow member and the locking mechanism is configured to permit the wire to be advanced within the channel to thereby transition the inflow member into a deployed configuration that at least partially engages tissue at the native heart valve.

摘要: A delivery system for percutaneously deploying a valve prosthesis. The system includes a catheter assembly including a delivery sheath capsule and a handle having an oscillating device. The capsule is configured to compressively retain the valve prosthesis during implantation. After the valve prosthesis is partially exposed during implantation, the oscillating device can create a vibratory motion to reduce the friction between the valve prosthesis and the delivery sheath capsule in order to recapture the valve prosthesis.

The handle component includes a self-contained mechanism for holding the material and for providing or releasing the material to the enclosed cavity. The handle component also includes a pressure relief valve in fluid communication with the mechanism and the enclosed cavity. The pressure relief valve is configured to indicate when delivery of the material to the enclosed cavity reaches a preselected or set pressure and to thereby assure precise filling of the enclosed cavity with the material.
