Abstract: Disclosed herein are exemplary medical devices for delivery of compositions to a target site. A disclosed medical device may comprise a delivery device comprising a delivery device comprising a handle, a composition delivery container and its plunger, an insertion tube, a dual lumen catheter comprising an exit port and optionally, an end structure, and fluid connections therefor, components for moving one or more catheters or for compressing one or more catheters. Methods of treatment and diagnosis using a disclosed delivery device, compositions for such methods and kits and systems are also disclosed.

Abstract: An endoscopic tissue snare system comprising: a sleeve adapted to be slid over the exterior of an endoscope; a pair of push tubes slidably mounted to the sleeve, each of the push tubes comprising a distal opening and a proximal opening; a distal balloon secured to the distal ends of the pair of push tubes; and a snare comprising a pair of free ends and an intermediate portion disposed between the pair of free ends, wherein the snare extends into the proximal opening of one push tube, up the length of the push tube, out the distal opening of that push tube, across the face of the distal balloon, into the distal opening of the other push tube, down the length of that push tube, and out the proximal opening of that push tube.

Abstract: An implantable device includes a conduit, an adjustable membrane element coupled to the conduit near the front end of the conduit for controllable coaptation of a body lumen, such as coaptation of a urethra as treatment for urinary incontinence, and a fixation mechanism at or near the front end of the conduit. In various embodiments, the fixation mechanism can anchor the implantable device to the tissue using a movement of a push wire. Optionally, the fixation mechanism can also allow the implantable device to be released from the tissue using another movement of the push wire, to allow for re-positioning or removal of the implantable device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for partial aortic occlusion are provided. The system may include a catheter having an expandable aortic blood flow regulation device disposed on the distal end of the catheter for placement within an aorta of a patient, and a catheter controller unit that causes the device to expand and contract to restrict blood flow through the aorta. The system also may include sensors for measuring blood pressure distal and proximal to the expandable device. The system further may include non-transitory computer readable media having instructions stored thereon, wherein the instructions, when executed by a processor coupled to the sensors, cause the processor to estimate aortic blood flow based on the measured blood pressures and corresponding waveforms, compare the estimated aortic blood flow with a target aortic blood flow range, generate an alert if the estimated aortic blood flow falls outside the target aortic blood flow range, and cause the catheter controller unit to adjust expansion and contraction of the expandable device to adjust an amount of blood flow through the aorta if the estimated aortic blood flow falls outside the target aortic blood flow range.

The system further includes an implantable medical device with a housing defining a fastener opening and a lead lumen. The lead lumen is configured to receive a proximal portion of the lead. The system further includes a fastener defining a fastener lumen. The fastener is configured to engage the fastener opening and the proximal portion of the lead to retain the proximal portion within the lead lumen. The fastener lumen is in fluid communication with the lead lumen and the inflation lumen, such that a pump in fluid communication with the fastener lumen inflates the balloon when the proximal portion of the lead is within the lead lumen.
