    Abstract: The present invention relates to a GOA circuit. The GOA circuit comprises: a first thin film transistor (T1) to a fourteenth thin film transistor (T14), a first capacitor (C1) and a second capacitor (C2). The present invention adds a control unit consisted of thin film transistors (T9-T14) on the basis of the GOA circuit structure according to prior art, and a set of control signals (Select1, Select2) of which phases are opposite is introduced. The main function is to divide the gate output of the GOA circuit into two. In some special display mode, the frequency corresponded with Data signal will be halved, and the corresponding drive power consumption will be decreased. The present invention provides a GOA circuit, which can effectively reduce the layout space occupied by the GOA circuit for having a certain help to the development of the narrow frame technology.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a liquid crystal display, a liquid crystal display panel and a manufacture method thereof. The manufacture method includes producing a first auxiliary base and a second auxiliary base respectively, aligning and assembling the first auxiliary base and the second auxiliary base to form a liquid crystal cell, attaching reinforcement bases on a top surface and a bottom surface of the liquid crystal cell. A total thickness of the first auxiliary base and the second auxiliary base is D, a total thickness of a first standard auxiliary base and a second standard auxiliary of a standard liquid crystal display panel met a minimum structural strength requirement is defined as d, D is less than d. Which can reduce the thickness of the liquid crystal display panel to achieve an ultrathin structure of the liquid crystal display panel.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a thin film transistor is provided, which comprising the steps of: providing a substrate which includes a film layer; coating a photoresist material on the film layer to form a photoresist layer; executing an exposure process to the photoresist layer by using a mask, wherein the mask includes a central region and a boundary region surrounding the central region, a thickness of the central region is greater than that of the boundary region, and by having the thickness of the central region greater than that of the boundary region during the exposure process applied to the photoresist layer, loading effect happened during the development process is cancelled to uniformize a thickness of the film layer. A mask, a thin film transistor, and a display device are also provided in the present invention.

    Abstract: An embodiment of the present application discloses a touch display panel and a method for driving the touch display panel. Wherein, the touch display panel includes a plurality of first conductive lines, a plurality of second conductive lines, and pixel units located at intersections of the first conductive lines and the second conductive lines. The pixel units are electrically connected to the first conductive lines and the second conductive lines; a first switch and a second switch respectively disposed at two ends of the first conductive lines along the first direction, a third switch and a fourth switch respectively disposed at two ends of the second conductive lines along the second direction, the first direction perpendicular to the second direction, the touch display panel in a display state or a touch sensing state with a time division manner. The application can achieve the multiplexing of the display and the touch.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a driving method for a display panel. In an n-th scanning period, the pixel unit on the i-th row and an x-th column receives data signals. At least two subpixels with different colors on the i-th row and the x-th column of pixel unit receive the data signals according to a first sequence. In an (n+1)th scanning period, the pixel unit on the j-th row and an x-th column receives data signals. At least two subpixels with different colors on the j-th row and the x-th column of pixel unit receive the data signals according to a second sequence. A color of the subpixel which last receives the data signal in the first sequence is the same as a color of the subpixel which first receives the data signal in the second sequence.
