Abstract: Provided are an OLED display device and a manufacture method thereof. By respectively configuring the first transparent semiconductor layer, the second transparent semiconductor layer and the third transparent semiconductor layer in the anode layers of the red OLED element, the green OLED element, the blue OLED element, and setting the same to have various thicknesses to realize that the luminous efficiencies of the red OLED element, the green OLED element, the blue OLED element respectively achieve the best, and the first transparent semiconductor layer, the second transparent semiconductor layer and the third transparent semiconductor layer are deposited and formed by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition with three masks. The thicknesses of the hole transporting layers in the red OLED element, the green OLED element, the blue OLED element are the same, thus they can be formed in the same evaporation process with one common metal mask.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a GOA circuit. The GOA circuit comprises: a first thin film transistor (T1) to a fourteenth thin film transistor (T14), a first capacitor (C1) and a second capacitor (C2). The present invention adds a control unit consisted of thin film transistors (T9-T14) on the basis of the GOA circuit structure according to prior art, and a set of control signals (Select1, Select2) of which phases are opposite is introduced. The main function is to divide the gate output of the GOA circuit into two. In some special display mode, the frequency corresponded with Data signal will be halved, and the corresponding drive power consumption will be decreased. The present invention provides a GOA circuit, which can effectively reduce the layout space occupied by the GOA circuit for having a certain help to the development of the narrow frame technology.

Abstract: A backlight module and liquid crystal display device are disclosed. The backlight module includes: at least one first light-emitting unit having a first blue light-emitting chip; at least one second light-emitting unit having a second blue light-emitting chip, wherein, an emission peak wavelength of the second blue light-emitting chip is greater than an emission peak wavelength of the first blue light-emitting chip; and a control circuit used for dynamic adjusting a brightness of the first light-emitting unit and the second light-emitting unit according to the blue saturation. The present invention can dynamically adjust the output amount of the blue light according to the blue saturation so that the present invention can selectively decrease the blue light when maintaining the display brightness and chroma.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a thin film transistor is provided, which comprising the steps of: providing a substrate which includes a film layer; coating a photoresist material on the film layer to form a photoresist layer; executing an exposure process to the photoresist layer by using a mask, wherein the mask includes a central region and a boundary region surrounding the central region, a thickness of the central region is greater than that of the boundary region, and by having the thickness of the central region greater than that of the boundary region during the exposure process applied to the photoresist layer, loading effect happened during the development process is cancelled to uniformize a thickness of the film layer. A mask, a thin film transistor, and a display device are also provided in the present invention.

Abstract: A control method for differentiated etching depth is provided. The method includes: providing a first etching stop pattern layer in a panel having stacked structure; adopting a first etchant to perform a first etching process to the panel such that a location of the panel provided with the first etching stop pattern layer forms a first etching depth, and forms a second etching depth at a location of the panel without providing the first etching stop pattern layer; through controlling an etching time, the second etching depth is deeper than a bottom of the first etching stop pattern layer; and adopting a second etchant to perform a second etching process to the panel in order to etch and remove the first etching stop pattern layer. In a same mask process, through changing the etchant, different depths are etched and formed to reduce the time consuming and decrease the production cost.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a driving method and a driving device of display devices. The driving device includes an image input unit, an image analyzing unit, an image processing unit, and an image output unit. The image input unit receives image data of each frames to be displayed in sequence. The image analyzing unit divides the received image data of the frame into a plurality of display areas, and calculates pixel grayscale values of the display areas to determine adjustment coefficients of each of the display areas to lower down the pixel grayscale values of the display areas. The image processing unit combines all of the display areas after adjusting the pixel grayscale values to form driving data of the current frame. The image output unit 40 outputs the driving data of the current frame to drive the current frame to be displayed.

Abstract: The present invention provides a driving method for a display panel. In an n-th scanning period, the pixel unit on the i-th row and an x-th column receives data signals. At least two subpixels with different colors on the i-th row and the x-th column of pixel unit receive the data signals according to a first sequence. In an (n+1)th scanning period, the pixel unit on the j-th row and an x-th column receives data signals. At least two subpixels with different colors on the j-th row and the x-th column of pixel unit receive the data signals according to a second sequence. A color of the subpixel which last receives the data signal in the first sequence is the same as a color of the subpixel which first receives the data signal in the second sequence.
