Abstract: The present application provides a display panel, including a first substrate, a liquid crystal layer, a second substrate, and a spacer. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, the spacer is used for supporting the first substrate and the second substrate, a positioning structure is disposed between the spacer and the second substrate, the positioning structure includes a groove, one end of the spacer is received in the groove, and the groove is used for positioning the spacer. The present application also provides a method for manufacturing a display panel.
