Abstract: The present disclosure provides a driving method and a driving device of display devices. The driving device includes an image input unit, an image analyzing unit, an image processing unit, and an image output unit. The image input unit receives image data of each frames to be displayed in sequence. The image analyzing unit divides the received image data of the frame into a plurality of display areas, and calculates pixel grayscale values of the display areas to determine adjustment coefficients of each of the display areas to lower down the pixel grayscale values of the display areas. The image processing unit combines all of the display areas after adjusting the pixel grayscale values to form driving data of the current frame. The image output unit 40 outputs the driving data of the current frame to drive the current frame to be displayed.

Abstract: Disclosed is a display module driving device, comprising a display driving module, driving each of the organic light emitting diodes to emit light; a plurality of light sensors, detecting brightnesses of corresponding light sensors and outputting corresponding actual brightness values; a gray scale brightness conversion module, acquiring a gray scale value of each of the sub pixels in a present display frame and converting the gray scale value into a corresponding target brightness value; a comparing module, receiving and comparing the target brightness value and the corresponding actual brightness value of each of the sub pixels; and a controlling module, controlling the display driving module to drive the organic light emitting diodes to maintain the target brightness value as the actual brightness value is equal to the target brightness value. The display module driving device can effectively solve the problem of the display difference caused by the uneven brightness.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for driving an AMOLED display. The method includes the following steps: dividing a display area of the display into a plurality of regions from top to bottom, each region comprising at least one row of pixels; sequentially obtaining input image signals corresponding to each region to obtain a maximum grayscale Gi in the input image signals of the region; performing mapping to all of the grayscales in the input image signals when the maximum grayscale Gi greater than a predetermined threshold, wherein grayscales 0˜Gi are mapped to grayscales 0˜255; and adjusting output power positive voltages corresponding to the regions, to make luminance corresponding to the adjusted grayscales 0˜255 the same as the luminance corresponding to the grayscales 0˜Gi before the adjustment. The embodiment of the invention also discloses a corresponding system.
