    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to short-wave infrared (SWIR) materials, SWIR detectors, and methods of use. In an aspect, a SWIR detector is provided and includes a conductive layer disposed over a first portion of a substrate, the conductive layer having a trench therein, and a hole transport layer disposed over at least a second portion of the substrate and within the trench of the conductive layer. The SWIR detector further includes a light conversion layer disposed over at least a portion of the hole transport layer, the light conversion layer comprising a composition having the formula AaBbMcXd, wherein: A is an organic group or ion thereof; B is an organic group, an inorganic group, or ion thereof; M is a metal or ion thereof; X is a halogen or ion thereof; and a, b, c, and d are numbers expressing amounts of A, B, M, and X.

    Abstract: An electroluminescence display includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, the non-display area disposed around the display area; a low potential pad disposed at the non-display area, and including a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer on the first electrode layer; a bank including a cathode contact hole exposing a middle portion of the low potential pad, and covering edge portions of the low potential pad; a mushroom structure element disposed at the middle portion of the low potential pad; an under-cut area formed at under edges of the bank and the mushroom structure element; a first cathode layer deposited on an upper surface of the bank and the mushroom structure element, an upper surface of the low potential pad exposed by the cathode contact hole and the under-cut area; a second cathode layer deposited on the first cathode layer excepting the under-cut area; and a third cathode layer contacting an upper surface of the second cathode layer, and the first cathode layer at the under-cut area.

    Abstract: Examples are disclosed that relate to mitigating a piezoelectric response of an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display from static charge. One example provides an electronic device, comprising an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display, the OLED display comprising an organic light emitting layer, a thin film transistor (TFT), a polyimide layer disposed on an opposite side of the TFT as the organic light emitting layer, a buffer layer between the TFT and the polyimide layer, and a conductor positioned to mitigate a piezoelectric response of the polyimide layer to static charge on the OLED display.
