    摘要: An adhesion preventive material including a cross-linking polysaccharide derivative containing at least one active ester group introduced in a polysaccharide side chain, which is capable of reacting with an active hydrogen-containing group, and being capable of forming a crosslinked material due to covalent binding among the active ester group and an active hydrogen-containing group upon contact with water under an alkaline condition, is disclosed. The adhesion preventive material is able to reduce preparation works to be carried out while previously estimating the time of application and dose not require a special device.

    摘要: A camptothecin derivative comprising a compound of the formula [I] is disclosed: wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are (A) adjacent two groups combine to form alkylene, or both are H, and one of the remaining three groups is —Xn-Alkm-R6, and the other two are H, alkyl or halogen, or (B) adjacent two groups combine to form alkylene, and one of the carbon atoms of said alkylene group is substituted by —Xn-Alkm-R6, and the remaining three groups are H, alkyl or a halogen, and one or two —CH2— of the alkylene in (A) or (B) may optionally be replaced by —O—, —S— or —NH—, X is —O— or —NH—, Alk is alkylene, R6 is —NH2, or —OH, m and n are both 0 or 1, or m is 1 and n is 0, which camptothecin compound is bound to a polysaccharide having carboxyl groups via an amino acid or a peptide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Said camptothecin derivatives show enhanced antitumor activities but few side effects and are useful as a medicament.

    摘要: Pullulan, a water-soluble polysaccharide produced by Pullularia pullulans from conventional culture media and consisting of repeating units of maltotriose linked by Alpha -1,6 bonds, can be shaped by compression molding or extrusion at elevated temperature or by evaporation of water from its aqueous solutions to form shaped bodies, such as films or coatings which are practically impermeable to atmospheric oxygen in thin layers and unaffected by oils and fats so as to provide valuable packing materials for food, pharmaceuticals, and other oxygen sensitive materials. Pullulan is edible and biodegradable.

    摘要: A method for extracting pullulan polysaccharide from high-viscosity fermentation broth includes following steps: (1) removing cells from the fermentation broth; (2) removing proteins; (3) decolorizing by macroporous resin adsorption; (4) removing ions by ultrafiltration; and (5) drying, crushing and packaging. In the extraction method of the present application, by using natural polymer bioflocculant chitosan, the high-viscosity fermentation broth can be processed without dilution and addition of filter aids and organic solvents for alcohol precipitation, which reduces the pressure of subsequent decolorization, properly recycles the cell proteins, and avoids the potential hazard of the organic solvents. The method can obtain high-purity pullulan polysaccharide, improving the product yield and quality, reducing solid waste, reducing the production cost, and achieving a safe, efficient, continuous and automated production process.
