摘要: The present invention relates to a laminated polyethylene film comprising: (a) a first film; and (b) a second film; wherein the first and the second film are adhering to one another to form a laminate; wherein ⋅ the first film is a bi-directionally oriented film; and ⋅ the second film is a blown film; wherein the first film comprises or consists of polyethylene, and the second film comprises or consists of polyethylene; wherein the second film comprises one or more film layers, and comprises a sealing layer so that the sealing layer forms a surface layer of the laminated film; wherein the sealing layer comprises a polyethylene copolymer (I) comprising moieties derived from 1-octene, having: ⋅ a density of ≥855 kg/m3 and ≤910 kg/m3, as determined in accordance with ASTM D792 (2008); ⋅ a melt mass-flow rate of ≥0.2 and ≤5.0 g/10 min, as determined in accordance with ASTM D1238 (2013) at a temperature of 190° C. under a load of 2.16 kg. Such laminated film, constituting a mono-material, mechanically recyclable packaging film solution, demonstrates a desirably low sealing temperature whilst ensuring good seal strength. This enables use in thermally sealed food packages, with reduced sealing energy consumption and reduced exposing of package contents to high temperatures, leading to increase of shelf life of the packed foodstuff. Moreover, the mechanical properties of the laminate are of desirably high level.

摘要: The present invention relates to a laminate structure comprising a composite adhesive polymeric interlayer (CAPI) comprising at least two layers: (i) a submicron-thick superbonding layer and/or a top adhesive polymeric interlayer (TAPI) and (ii) a bulk adhesive polymeric interlayer (BAPI). If the TAPI is present, it comprises cohesive substantially discrete and/or continuous debonding zones. Such debonding zones are located preferably within the 10% thickness of CAPI from the interface of said CAPI and the glass substrate. These zones allow for a unique combination of modified API-glass debonding, laminate toughness, and laminate durability. Various spatial patterns and densities of debonding are described, as well as the resulting material properties.

摘要: Provided is a liquid (e.g., ink) storage member for coating tools to reduce the consumption of plastic and the environmental impact by substituting paper base material for plastics such as polypropylene. The liquid storage member has at least three layers as follows: an inner layer made of paper base material and an intermediate layer of a paper base laminate comprising a metal layer or a silica vapor deposition layer formed on the outer surface side of the paper-based inner layer; and an outer layer made of paper base material formed on the outer surface side of the intermediate layer. The paper base laminate is wound into a spiral shape and on the outer surface side of the intermediate layer, the outer layer is also wound into a spiral shape. A polyolefin resin-containing adhesive layer lies in between the inner and intermediate layers and/or between the intermediate and outer layers.

The support cushion includes a body supporting layer and an air distribution layer positioned adjacent to the body supporting layer. The air distribution layer includes a base plate and foam rails positioned at least around a perimeter of the base plate to define a cavity with a support insert positioned within the cavity. A fan is operably connected to the air distribution layer and provides air flow into the cavity of the air distribution layer. Air flow is directed through the support insert and into and through the body supporting layer.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing an automobile sound absorbing member through molding. In the method, a first fiber and a second fiber are bonded to each other and molded at the same time, so that a working process and a process cycle are simplified, thereby improving production speed and reducing investment for equipment and facility. The method includes (a) preparing a first fiber and a second fiber, (b) providing an adhesive member between the first fiber and the second fiber and placing an aggregate of the first fiber, adhesive member, and the second fiber in a molding machine, and (c) pressing an upper mold and a lower mold of the molding machine so that the first fiber and the second fiber are bonded and molded into a molded body.
